Process for cancellation and refund:
- Please fill the form below if you have booked directly on our website, mobile app, through our Contact Centre or any of our Ticketing Offices
- Incase of tickets booked with a travel agent/portal, you can connect with them directly regarding your refund
Any claims towards refund and settlement for Jet Airways tickets booked and cancelled directly on the Jet Airways website, mobile app, Airport/City Ticketing offices or our Contact Centre will be processed at the earliest. We request your understanding and patience.
Jet Airways tickets issued through travel agents/ travel portals will continue to follow the IATA process and agents will process the refunds as per the IATA timeline.
