Process for cancellation and refund:
- Please fill the form below if you have booked directly on our website, mobile app, through our Contact Centre or any of our Ticketing Offices
- Incase of tickets booked with a travel agent/portal, you can connect with them directly regarding your refund
- Visit our Airport/City Ticketing Office
Once your refund request is processed, please allow for 7–10 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
