Fare Lock

Fare Lock is valid on jetairways.com, Mobile site, Mobile App or through our contact centre on IVR for domestic and International flights operated by Jet Airways only.

Fare Lock is available 7 days prior to the flight departure.

Itinerary with pure Jet Airways operated flight can avail of the Fare Lock feature.

The Fare Lock charge is nonrefundable and is not adjustable in the final ticketing price.

Fare can only be availed during the booking process on the Guest detail page.

Guest need to complete the ticketing for Fare Lock Bookings within the time limit of 72 hrs. Reservations that are not ticketed before the expiration of the time limit will be cancelled.

Guest must ticket their bookings using the Manage Booking feature on jetairways.com, Jet Airways mobile app or by calling the Jet Airways Contact Center.

Itinerary cannot be changed on Fare Lock bookings, until the booking is ticket.

Fare Lock is not available for Award bookings using miles.

FareLock is applicable for guests using an AMEX credit card with currency of payment as INR only. Guests using an AMEX credit card for payment in any alternate currency will not be able to avail the FareLock feature.

If applicable there would be an addition charge of convenience fee added to the booking at the time of ticketing.

Jet Airways reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
