Flights within India:
Check-in counters at the airport open approximately 120 minutes prior to departure. Please check-in at the airport at least 60 minutes prior to scheduled time of departure.
Guests checking in at Jammu, Leh or Srinagar airport, are requested to check-in at least 120 minutes prior to departure, due to additional security measures.
Guests travelling in groups (10 or more guests) are advised to report to the airport at least 90 minutes prior to the flight departure.
Check-in counter(s) closure timing:
Flights within India: 45 minutes prior to departure
International flights: 60 minutes prior to departure
Guests travelling with check-in baggage, must present their bags along with a valid photo ID at the airport check-in counter well in advance of the boarding time.Tele Check-in guests who have not reported to the check-in counter at least 50 minutes prior to departure, will be offloaded from the flight and have their seats released for guests on standby.
International flights:

Check-in counters will close 60 minutes prior to departure. Tele check-in and Web check-in guests who have not reported to the airport 60 minutes prior to departure, will be offloaded from the flight and have their seats released for guests on standby.
Please note, Check-in counters at Dubai airport will close 75 mins prior to departure.
Web check-in guests who have not reported to the airport 75 minutes prior to departure, will be offloaded from the flight and have their seats released for guests on standby.
Boarding gates will close 25 minutes prior to departure. Guests reporting at the boarding gate with less than 25 minutes to departure time, will not be allowed to board their flight and will be liable for applicable gate no show charges.
Other information:
For convenience, your bag will be tagged to its final destination (subject to applicable Security and Customs regulations). For international flights, guests will have to collect their baggage and clear Customs at the first port of entry.
Guests who have been through checked-in to one of our airline partners outside of India, will have to drop their bags at the transfer desk. For Guests departing from Jammu, Leh and Srinagar, baggage identification is mandatory prior to boarding the aircraft.
Note: We will be unable to check-in guests reporting at the check-in counter(s) after the specified counter closure time.
