Seat Select is available:
- On Boeing 737, Boeing 777 and Airbus A330 aircraft
- From 331 days up to 6 hours prior to departure
- From 331 days up to 24 hours prior to departure (for flights between India and Amsterdam, Paris, London and Toronto and for flights between Amsterdam and Toronto)
- From 331 days up to 48 hours prior to departure for flights between Abu Dhabi, Bahrain and India
- Only on tickets issued by and on flights operated by Jet Airways
- Not applicable on codeshare flights

Seat Select, a convenient option that lets you reserve your preferred seat in advance across our domestic and international flights.

Jet Airways guests traveling in Economy can avail of Seat Select facility for a nominal charge. This facility is complimentary for JetPrivilege Platinum and Gold members basis the Fare Choices made for their travel.

Effective Feb 16, 2018, Seat Select will be complimentary for guests booked in Y and M classes on all flights across the Jet Airways network. Guests who wish to change their existing booking in Y and M class on or after Feb 16, 2018, are eligible for a refund on the seat selection charges, provided the new booking is either in Y or M class.

Guests booked in Y and M class who have involuntarily been rebooked in a lower available class on an alternate flight or date, can reach out to our staff to pre-reserve seats as per the original booking and waive off the seat selection charges.

For all guests traveling in First Class and Première, irrespective of their Fare Choices and Tier, the seat select facility is complimentary.

The above charge will be applicable per sector for flights originating from cities across our network.

An equivalent amount will be charged in your local currency for seat(s) reserved outside India.

Cancellation and Refund
- Guest can avail full refund for seat(s) booked using Seat Select:
  - If the booking is cancelled 24 hours prior to flight departure.
  - If Jet Airways is unable to provide an alternate seat due to a schedule change and/or flight disruption.
- Refund will not be applicable for seat(s) booked using Seat Select, if the itinerary is amended within 24 hours of flight departure.
Safety requirements for guests seated on Emergency Exit seats
Guests seated on emergency exit row seats must comply with the below safety requirements:
- Must understand oral and written English or Hindi
- Be able and willing to carry out evacuating procedures in the unlikely event of an emergency
Due to safety requirements, emergency exit row seats cannot be blocked for:
- Senior citizens
- Temporarily or permanently disabled guests
- Visually or speech impaired guests
- Expectant mothers
- Guests under 15 years of age
- Guests travelling with infants
- Guests requiring an extension seat belt to occupy a seat
- Guests suffering from any sickness
Note: Jet Airways reserves the right to reseat guests already seated on emergency exit seats in order to comply with safety regulations. In such cases, the Seat Select charge will be refunded.
