The Jet Airways Best Price Promise is a symbol of assurance that you will always find our best fares exclusively on our website, mobile site and app.
How does it work?
If you find a better fare for a Jet Airways flight having the same itinerary, on another website with a difference of SAR 14 on one way and SAR 28 on return for domestic flights or a difference of SAR 28 on one way and SAR 56 on return for international flights inclusive of taxes and surcharge, we will return the difference. Only guests holding a confirmed ticket booked on jetairways.com, Jet Airways mobile site & mobile app on or after Feb 24, 2016 can claim for a refund.
Price comparison is applicable if all the below mentioned parameters are exactly the same between both websites:
- Flights
- Cabin Class
- Dates of travel
- Booking and cancellation conditions
- Fare type with the same conditions
- Number and type of guests
The third-party website displaying a lower fare must allow you to pay for the booking in the same currency.
Only the first valid claim submitted per booking, will be considered for the refund.
How do I make a claim?
In case you find a lower Jet Airways fare on any other third party website, you can claim for a refund by filling out our claim form online, the very same day. We will notify you on the status of the claim within 72 hours.
Best Price Promise is valid on jetairways.com, mobile site and mobile app only on the Saudi Arabia country site for domestic flights (flights within India) and for International flights (where the first segment of the flight originates from Dammam, Jeddah or Riyadh).
You will need to provide the third-party web address where you found the lower price and a screen shot of the final confirmation page of a booking prior to payment showing the total price inclusive of all taxes, fees and surcharges.
Now every time you book flights on the Saudi Arabia country site of jetairways.com, mobile site and mobile app for domestic flights (flights within India) and for International flights (where the first segment of the flight originates from Dammam, Jeddah or Riyadh), you are assured the Best Price Promise.
