Job Profile

  • To assist doctors in day to day functions in medical dept. in performing DGCA mandated and company duties.

Flight Analyst

Location: Mumbai

Job Profile

In Revenue Management, Flight Analysts develop and execute product action plans to increase Jet Airways market share, yield, and product profitability. You will take ownership of a number of Flights (entity) in a particular market. Analyzing their performance, identifying trends and making recommendations to enhance revenue opportunities. Keeping your finger on the pulse will also include monitoring and analyzing competitor behaviour to ensure each and every flight in the assigned entity is optimized.

Assignments within Revenue Management will typically involve quantitative and qualitative analysis of a competitive situation, development of recommendations, and written and/or oral presentation of those recommendations to Management. Assignments will vary and may include one or more of the following:

  • Critical Flight Management.
  • Review recommendations and forecast generated by AirMax on regular basis. If not found satisfactory then same to be escalated to Sr. Analyst.
  • Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Analysis and Post Flight Reviews.
  • Monitor Competition activities and Market Share.
  • Ensure accurate PDD supplied in AirMax.
  • Execute day-to-day Equipment change / any operational level requirements.
  • Co-ordination with sales, operations, airport services and other departments.
  • Group approvals (to group desk) and fare / price quote for group.
  • Ensure all the system interfaces are working as desired.
  • Inventory allocation / discount class allocation based on guidelines set by Market Analyst.
  • Reduce spoilage & dilution on flights based as per agreed targets.

Pricing Analyst

Job Profile

Pricing decisions need to support the overall company strategy. Pricing analyst is required to provide valuable insight into factors that contribute to revenues, profits, costs, competitive positioning, and long-term market opportunities. The Analyst must ensure Jet Airways’ competitiveness in the market place at all times by monitoring demand, competitor pricing activities, market trends and socio-economic changes. Analyst must be able to evaluate pricing recommendations, suggest pricing promotions/tactical and devise creative pricing strategies for both domestic and international markets considering the above factors. He/she will work closely with various functional units when establishing pricing policies and procedures for new products or services.

Assignments within Revenue Management Pricing function will typically involve quantitative and qualitative analysis of a competitive situation, development of recommendations, and written and/or oral presentation of those recommendations to Management. Assignments will vary and include one or more of the following:

  • Review and evaluate pricing proposals based on financial analysis, competitive assessment/trend analysis, market dynamics and regulatory issues.
  • Identify broken pricing processes and streamline them to ensure competitiveness in the market
  • Identify competitor price changes, perform analysis to determine and develop Jet Airways reaction and implement decisions.
  • Assess impact of various pricing and promotional activities and prepare executive summary on various pricing initiatives.
