Ms. Rajshree Pathy is the Chairman and Managing Director of Rajshree Sugars and Chemicals Limited. She is a Graduate in Commerce, has completed the Owner President Management Program (OPM), Harvard Business School, Harvard University, U.S.A. as well as the program on Strategic Alliances & Corporate Ethics, INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France. Mr. Gaurang Shetty
Whole Time Director
Mr. Gaurang Shetty, an Indian national, is a Bachelor in Science with over 32 years’ experience in the aviation industry. He joined the Company in 1996 as General Manager- Marketing and was promoted to Vice President – Marketing in 2004 and then as Sr. Vice President – Commercial in 2011, being responsible for all commercial activities related to In-Flight Services and Customer Services, including Cargo, for both domestic and international operations. On 24 May 2012, he was appointed on the Board of Directors of the Company as Director and Manager and was re-designated as whole-time director on 25 May 2015. In his present role, he is responsible for the management of the affairs of the Company subject to superintendence, control and directions of the Board of Directors of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, he was with British Airways as its Marketing Manager –South Asia, where he was responsible for passenger marketing, customer service and cargo.
Mr. Vikram Mehta
Mr. Vikram Mehta started his career with the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in 1978. He resigned from the IAS in 1980 and spent the next 32 years in the petroleum industry both in the public and private sector. He left the petroleum industry in 2012 as Chairman of the Shell Group of Companies in India. He is currently the Executive Chairman of the Think Tank Brookings India and Senior Fellow of Bookings Institution.
Mr. James Hogan
Mr. James Hogan was appointed as an Additional
Director of the Company on 20th November, 2013. Mr. James Hogan is the
President and Chief Executive of Etihad Airways PSJC since September
2006. He has more than 30 years of travel industry expertise. He is a
fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and a former Non-executive
Director, member of the Board’s Audit Committee, of Gallaher
Plc. In 2010, he served as the Chairman of the Aviation Travel and
Tourism Governors at the World Economic Forum. He currently serves on
the Executive Committee of the World Travel and Tourism Council. In
June 2011 he was appointed to the International Air Transport
Association (IATA) Board of Governors. In 2012 he received the CAPA
Airline Executive of the Year Award for excellence and leadership.
Mr. James Rigney
Mr. James Rigney was appointed as an Additional
Director on the Board of the Company on 20th November, 2013. Mr. James
Rigney is a Chief Financial Officer of Etihad Airways PSJC since March
2009. Mr. Rigney’s career in aviation has spanned two decades.
He joined Etihad Airways from Gulf Air where he was Head of Corporate
Strategy. He is responsible for finance, treasury, information
technology, supply chain and property at Etihad Airways. A chartered
accountant, he holds a Bachelor of Business and an MBA from RMIT
University in Melbourne, Australia.
Mr. Dinesh Kumar Mittal
Mr. Dinesh Kumar Mittal has done M.Sc in Physics
with specialization in Electronics from University of Allahabad. He
has vast experience in various fields ranging from International
Trade, Industrial development Finance, Infrastructure Development to
Special Economic Zone. He has served on Board(s) of Reserve Bank of
India, State Bank of India, Exim Bank of India, Life Insurance
Corporation of India IIFCL and IIFCL (UK) and also served as the
Managing Director of IL&FS Infrastructure Development Corporation
Limited. He served in the State of Uttar Pradesh Government from 1977
to 1998 and then served as Joint Secretary from 1998 to 2004 and
Additional Secretary from 2009 to 2011 in Ministry of Commerce and
Industry. He also served as secretary Ministry of Corporate Affairs
and Department of Financial Services , Govt of India.
Mrs. Anita Goyal
Mrs. Anita has been associated with Jet Airways
(India) Limited (the Company) since inception and served the Company
in various capacities in the Sales and Marketing Department including
as a Vice President - Sales and Marketing from 1998 to 2004. She was
appointed as Executive Vice - President - Marketing and Sales in
She was appointed as Executive Vice President-
Revenue Management and Network Planning in the Company in August 2007,
the position she held till she was appointed as Non-Executive Director
in the Company on 8th April, 2015.
Mrs. Goyal has done her B. A. (Honours) -
Specialization in Political Science & Sociology.

During her tenure, the company registered a
spectacular growth in the network and consolidating of the operations
of Jet Airways. She has contributed towards maintaining its 'Most
Preferred Airline' status, due to the high quality of its product,
convenient flight timings and connections, an innovative customer
loyalty programme and through various fare schemes.
Mr. Srinivasan Vishvanathan
Mr. Srinivasan Vishvanathan has done his M.Sc. in Physics and has completed MBA and CAIIB. He has over 37 years of banking experience with State Bank of India (SBI). He retired as Managing Director & GE (Associates & Subsidiaries) of SBI. Earlier, he was Deputy Managing Director (Mid Corporate), SBI.
Prior to that, he was Managing Director & CEO of SBI Capital Markets Limited (SBICAP) for more than three years from June 2009 to August 2012. Earlier, he was Chief General Manager of State Bank of India’s North Eastern operations. He has served in several important capacities which include an assignment in the New York Branch and stints as Regional Manager and Deputy General Manager in Delhi Circle and as General Manager (Global Markets).
Mr. Srinivasan Vishvanathan is a Director on the Board of Axis Bank Limited and also a Member of the Banks Audit Committee.
Mr. Ranjan Mathai
Mr. Ranjan Mathai is a former Indian Foreign Secretary and former Indian High Commissioner to the United Kingdom. Prior to this he served as Foreign Secretary of India and has also served in Indian Embassies in Vienna, Colombo, Washington, Tehran and Brussels. Mr. Mathai served as Indian Ambassador to Israel, and was also the Indian Ambassador in Qatar. He held the post of Deputy High Commissioner of India to the United Kingdom and then became Ambassador of India to France.
