JetPrivilege members can earn and redeem JPMiles only on qualifying bmi flights.
Qualifying bmi flights are those flights which are marketed and operated by bmi. Only those flights which are marketed and operated by bmi will be eligible for redemption of JPMiles.
JetPrivilege members will earn JPMiles based on their class of travel as stated in the table above.
Earning of JPMiles is restricted only to the above mentioned classes. Travel under any other class will not be eligible for mileage accrual unless specifically mentioned.
For redemption of JPMiles, JetPrivilege members have to contact the JetPrivilege Service Centre in Mumbai, India. Members will need to send their requests at least 14 working days prior to their intended date of travel.
To claim retro credit of JPMiles for your travel, please provide your original boarding card and ticket jacket to the JetPrivilege Service Centre.
Guests will be responsible for arranging all travel-related documents such as Passport, VISA, etc., when redeeming JPMiles for an Award ticket on our international Airline Partners.
Guests will be responsible for paying all the taxes, surcharges and levies, as applicable, while redeeming on Airline Partners.
