JetPrivilege members can earn and redeem JPMiles on qualifying Malaysia Airlines flights.

Offer Details

Effective October 3, 2011 JetPrivilege members will earn JPMiles on qualifying Malaysia Airlines flights based on their class of travel as follows:

Please Note:

JetPrivilege members will not be able to redeem in First Class cabin on Malaysia Airlines.

JetPrivilege members can earn and redeem JPMiles only on qualifying Malaysia Airlines flights
JetPrivilege members will not be able to redeem in First Class cabin on Malaysia Airlines
Qualifying Malaysia Airlines flights are all published regular scheduled flights which are:
- marketed and operated by Malaysia Airlines and
- marketed by MH but operated by Jet Airways under a codeshare agreement
- marketed by 9W but operated by Malaysia Airlines under a codeshare agreement
JetPrivilege members will not be able to earn and redeem their JPMiles on flights operated by MAS Wings and FireFly
JetPrivilege members will earn JPMiles based on their class of travel as stated in the table above
Earning JPMiles is restricted only to the above mentioned classes. Travel under any other class will not be eligible for mileage earning unless specifically mentioned
For redemption of JPMiles, JetPrivilege members have to contact the JetPrivilege Service Centre in Mumbai, India. Members will need to send their requests at least 14 working days prior to their intended date of travel
To claim retro credit of JPMiles for your travel on Malaysia Airlines, please provide your original boarding card and ticket jacket to the JetPrivilege Service Centre
Guests will be responsible for arranging all travel-related documents such as Passport, VISA, etc., when redeeming JPMiles for an award ticket on our international Airline partners
Guests will be responsible for paying all the taxes, surcharges and levies, as applicable, while redeeming on airline partners
