Flight Cancellations

• Effective July 3, 2012 our service between Chennai and Kuala Lumpur on 9W 31 and 9W 32, stands suspended:
  • While we are working towards alternate arrangements to accommodate our guests. Refund can be provided without cancellation penalties for fully unutilised ticket and for the unused portion of the partially utilised tickets.
  • First date change will be allowed, which can be for any date (earlier or later). No penalties will be charged.
    
• Effective June 23, 2012 our service between Chennai and Dubai on 9W 545 and 9W 546, stands suspended:
  • While we are working towards alternate arrangements to accommodate our guests. Refund can be provided without cancellation penalties for fully unutilised ticket and for the unused portion of the partially utilised tickets.
