JetPrivilege members flying on qualifying Cathay Pacific flights will earn JPMiles based on their class of travel as follows :

• JetPrivilege members can earn and redeem JPMiles only on qualifying Cathay Pacific flights.

• Qualifying CX  flights mean all published regular scheduled flights in which members are:
  • traveling on CX code of a flight operated by CX;
  • traveling on CX code of KA operated or KA code of CX operated flight.

• JetPrivilege members will earn JPMiles based on their class of travel as stated in the table above.

• Earning JPMiles is restricted only to the above mentioned classes. Travel under any other class will not be eligible for mileage earning unless specifically mentioned.

• For redemption of JPMiles, JetPrivilege members have to contact the JetPrivilege Service Centre in Mumbai, India. Members will need to send their requests at least 14 working days prior to their intended date of travel.

• To claim retro credit of JPMiles for your travel on Cathay Pacific, please provide your original boarding card and ticket jacket to the JetPrivilege Service Centre.

• Guests will be responsible for arranging all travel-related documents such as Passport, VISA, etc., when redeeming JPMiles for an award ticket on our international Airline partners.

• Guests will be responsible for paying all the taxes, surcharges and levies, as applicable, while redeeming on Airline Partners.
