  • Also redeem your JPMiles for award travel on Jet Airways, JetKonnect and International Airline Partners. The minimum requirement for an award travel is 4000 JPMiles on the shortest route.

Redeem JPMiles online at jetairways.com for Jet Airways and JetKonnect flights (within India) and avail a 20% discount on the redemption requirement. Valid for redemptions done and award travel between March 25 and September 30, 2012.

  • When availing award tickets and upgrades using JPMiles and Upgrade Vouchers, Guests will be responsible for all additional fees like but not restricted to airport/government taxes, levies, surcharges or other charges.
  • Guests will also be responsible for making their own travel arrangements like visa, insurance and other necessary documentations needed for their international travel.

Revision to No Show Charges on Jet Airways/JetKonnect Award Tickets:

Incase of a No-Show on award tickets, JetPrivilege members will have to forfeit 100% of the redeemed JPMiles for the concerned sector.

  • This charge will be applicable to all membership tiers
  • For all Domestic and International award tickets
  • For award travel on Jet Airways and JetKonnect flights
  • When traveling on Jet Airways international sectors, if the guest is a No-Show on the outbound journey, then the in-bound segment (sector of travel) will be automatically cancelled simultaneously and will not be retained. However, incase of a travel within India, if the guest is a No-Show on the outbound journey, then the in-bound segment (sector of travel) will not be automatically cancelled.

No show charges will be levied if the guest fails to report at the check-in counter, prior to check-in counter closure.

All the above features are subject to terms and conditions.
