• You have to be a JetPrivilege member to earn JPMiles and avail of the preferred rates
• JPMiles will be awarded on the adjusted billing amount excluding taxes wherever applicable
• SIM card service is applicable only to JetPrivilege members based in India. For JetPrivilege members based outside India applicable charges will be levied
• Delivery guidelines
  • For members residing in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru and Ahmedabad, SIM cards will be delivered within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • For members residing in any other Indian city, SIM cards will be delivered within 48 - 72 hours of placing the order
  • For members based outside India delivery charges and time may vary. Please check with Matrix before availing of the services
• Additional benefits like free call back to India, free talk time and other such benefits are available only in select talk plans and select countries. Please check with Matrix about the availability of the additional benefits for your location
• Savings may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations
• Matrix talks / data plans are not valid for use, while on a cruise. Usage during a cruise is charged maritime rates and at the discretion of the cruise lines. Also, Matrix country-specific plans are valid only for use in the particular country you are travelling to. Any usage made outside the specified country, is subject to applicable international roaming rates
• At the time of subscribing to Matrix you may need to produce valid copies of your JP membership card, copy of your Credit Card and other valid documents to ensure mileage credit to your membership account
