Effective November 1, 2012 JetPrivilege members flying on qualifying KLM flights will earn JPMiles based on their class of travel as follows:
JPMiles can only be earned on flights operated by KLM and marketed by Air France or KLM.
Redemptions will not be offered for unaccompanied minors.
Travel under any other class will not be eligible for mileage earning, unless specifically mentioned.
To claim retro credit of JPMiles for your travel, please provide your original boarding card and ticket jacket to the JetPrivilege Service Centre.
Guests will be responsible for arranging all travel-related documents such as Passport, VISA, etc., when redeeming JPMiles for an Award ticket on our international Airline Partners.
Guests will be responsible for paying all the taxes, surcharges and levies, as applicable, while redeeming on Airline Partners.
