JetPrivilege members can earn and redeem on qualifying Air France flights.

Effective November 1, 2012 JetPrivilege members flying on qualifying Air France flights will earn JPMiles based on their class of travel as follows:
JetPrivilege members can also redeem their JPMiles on qualifying Air France flights anywhere across the Air France network.
JetPrivilege members can earn and redeem JPMiles only on qualifying Air France flights.
Qualifying Air France flights eligible for earn of JPMiles, are those flights, which are operated by Air France and marketed by Air France, KLM or Jet Airways. JPMiles can be redeemed only on flights marketed and operated by Air France.
Redemptions in First Class are not available on Air France flights.
JetPrivilege members will earn JPMiles based on their class of travel as stated in the table above.
Earning of JPMiles is restricted only to the above mentioned classes. Travel under any other class will not be eligible for mileage earning unless specifically mentioned.
For redemption of JPMiles, JetPrivilege members have to contact the JetPrivilege Service Centre in Mumbai, India. Members will need to send their requests at least 14 working days prior to their intended date of travel.
To claim retro credit of JPMiles for travel, members need to provide original boarding card and ticket jacket to the JetPrivilege Service Centre.
Guests will be responsible for paying all the taxes, surcharges and levies, as applicable, while redeeming on airline partners.
Guests will be responsible for arranging all travel-related documents such as Passport, VISA, etc., when redeeming JPMiles for an award ticket on our Airline Partners.
