JetWallet, our mobile ticketing solution, is now available for both our JetPrivilege members as well as guest users. Mobile Ticketing is Jet Airways' latest offering to you that will provide yet another convenient option to book tickets in the comfort of your home, office or even while on the move. This service is currently available on a GSM / GPRS (Java enabled / smart) phones. JetWallet lets you book, pay and generate an eTicket on your mobile phone. As a JetPrivilege member, you have the advantage of earning 500 bonus JPMiles on Jet Airways and 250 bonus JPMiles on JetKonnect; each time you book your ticket on JetWallet.

What's more, we also offer you an added service of checking-in for your flights, using JetWallet. This will earn you an additional 250 bonus JPMiles per sector on Jet Airways and 125 bonus JPMiles on JetKonnect.

To avail our Mobile Ticketing service, you would be required to download and activate a specifically built application on your mobile phone. You are required to register for this service that is a one-time activity.

• Book tickets, change itinerary, cancel and refund your eTickets.
• Manage your payment cards and passenger lists on JetWallet for ease of use while booking.
• Change and cancellation in itinerary is permitted only on normal published fares. However, JetPrivilege Platinum members can change and cancel their itinerary for special discounted fares as well.
• The generated eTicket will be automatically e-mailed to your preferred e-mail address. This eTicket can be printed and used to gain entry inside the airport as well as for check-in using valid photo identification.
• You will also receive the eTicket details on your mobile phone as a SMS
