The unique feature about our service is that the moment you are referred to the IVR system; there is no manual handling of your call or your credit card details. Our staff takes over only after completion of payment and ticketing. Information exchanged with us through the IVR system is treated securely and protected by Verisign and Thawte, by using the internationally accepted and industry standard powerful encryption technology (128 bit secure socket layer, SSL).

To further enhance credit card data security, the credit card details are masked in the PNR / reservation record and are not accessible to the contact centre staff.

 

Booking and payment through IVR can be made up to 2 hours prior to flight departure for domestic and up to 4 hours prior to flight departure for International. Multiple passengers, multiple sectors and multiple passenger types can be booked in a single PNR. The service is available for all eTicket eligible sectors.

Exceptions:

Bookings channelized through travel agents cannot be used for IVR ticketing.

IVR ticketing is currently not available for:

• Employee rebated and industry discount travel.
• Wholly open dated itinerary.
• Travel agent, GDS and other airline PNRs.
• Fares requiring validation of documents (e.g. senior citizen, military, Student, blind, cancer, disabled, seamen, leave travel concession, MEDA, unaccompanied minor).

For cancellation / date changes tickets booked through IVR:

• Please contact our Contact Centre on 39893333*. However, in certain conditions where you may have to make additional payments or avail partial refunds you may have to visit our ticketing counter.

• For cancellation of tickets booked through US / Canada IVR:
  Please dial our toll free number 1-877-uflyjet i.e. 1-877-835-9538.

All security regulations and terms & conditions currently applicable for eTickets, apply for IVR ticketing.

Using IVR, now guests can re-issue tickets:

• eTickets booked on the Website and IVR
• eTickets booked through an Offline/ Online Travel Agent / Jet Airways Airport/ City offices or any GSA
• JetPrivilege Award eTickets
• Code share and Interline eTickets and,
• eTickets issued using any form of payment and currency

** The above is currently applicable only for 9W tickets commencing with 589.

Please note that with immediate effect, a Transaction Fee of CAD 25 at Canada ticketing offices will be charged per ticket (irrespective of Point of sale), per passenger, per transaction.

• Transaction fee will apply for all tickets handled by Jet Airways ticketing offices located Canada and Contact Centre handling Canadian Operations.
• Transaction fee will also be applicable to JetPrivilege Redemption Tickets and AD (Agency Discount) Tickets.
• Ticketing Transaction fee will be Non refundable.
• Ticketing Transaction fee will be also applicable for reissue of tickets originally issued on the website, if the reissue is processed by any Jet Airways Ticketing Offices or the Contact Centre .
• Transaction fee will also be applicable for NOGO VCR re-issued at Jet Airways ticketing offices and Contact Centre.

Note: Existing Paper ticket fee USD 50 ex US and CAD 50 ex Canada remains unchanged (Exception – Infant tickets)

Transaction Fee is exempted for below –

• 
  
• Group tickets issued at Jet Airways ticketing counters.
• JetPrivilege Redemption tickets.
• Involuntary changes e.g. schedule change & flight disruptions.
• Infant tickets.
• All ID/AD tickets.
• NOGO status VCR coupons issued originally by travel agents are exempted until agents get the control to reissue. (Transaction fee applies to NOGO status VCR coupons issued originally at Jet Airways ticketing offices & Contact center.)
