JetPrivilege members flying on qualifying American Airlines flights anywhere on the American Airlines network will earn JPMiles based on their destination and class of travel as follows:
JetPrivilege members can redeem their JPMiles on flights marketed and operated by American Airlines.
Qualifying American Airlines flights are those flights which are:
Marketed under the AA code or the airline designator of an American Airline affiliate and operated by AA, an American Airline affiliate, or a third party under a wet lease arrangement.
Marketed under the AA code or the airline designator of an American Airline affiliate, and operated by Jet Airways under a Codeshare Agreement.
Marketed under the 9W code and operated by American Airlines under a Codeshare Agreement.
Only those flights which are operated by AA, an American Airline affiliate, or a third party under a wet lease arrangement and marketed under the AA code or the airline designator of an American Airline affiliate will be eligible for redemption of JPMiles.
JetPrivilege members will earn JPMiles based on their class of travel as stated in the table above.
Earning JPMiles is restricted only to the above mentioned classes. Travel under any other class will not be eligible for mileage earning unless specifically mentioned.
For redemption of JPMiles, JetPrivilege members have to contact the JetPrivilege Service Centre in Mumbai, India. Members will need to send their requests at least 14 working days prior to their intended date of travel.
To claim retro credit of JPMiles for your travel on American Airlines, please provide your original boarding card and ticket jacket to the JetPrivilege Service Centre.
Guests will be responsible for arranging all travel-related documents such as Passport, VISA, etc., when redeeming JPMiles for an award ticket on our international Airline partners.
Guests will be responsible for paying all the taxes, surcharges and levies, as applicable, while redeeming on airline partners.
