I did not need to be nervous however, as I was very impressed with your airline and would like to fly with you again in future. On the 30 March 2012, I was on 9W2379 travelling from Bangalore to Pune. On landing at Pune I realised that my check -in bag was missing.

I reported this to your representative who was present at the baggage collection area. I am very glad to inform you that immediately on reporting the missing bag your Airport Manager Jet Pune went into action and the missing bag was delivered at my doorstep next morning at 8:00 am.

I am writing this email to specifically to appreciate the initiative and application put in by your airport managers in tracing and returning my missing bag & thank both of them & all at Jet Pune for the prompt and timely actions.

I had the pleasure of travelling in Jet Airways flight 9W 0812 from Bengaluru to Delhi yesterday 17 Apr 2012 with my wife. We occupied seats 25A and 25B. We were both pleasantly surprised and delighted with the services of the cabin crew on the flight: I would like to specifically mention Ms Farhanaz, whose enthusiasm and sheer joie de vivre in doing routine duties was extremely uplifting. She went about her tasks as though they were the most exciting activities that she had ever done, with a lot of involvement and personal attention. May I request you to kindly congratulate the young lady for making our trip truly memorable with her positive attitude and obvious good cheer. We hope she will continue to retain the same passion for living in the times to come. She and those of her ilk are truly invaluable assets in the industry; I do hope you will convey our appreciation to her in an opportune way and at an appropriate time. I'm sending this note because I received extremely outstanding customer service from Rubinain the business class section on the way from Dubai to Hyderabad a few weeks ago. Rubina went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, to address all my needs. I was extremely tired from excess travel and her positive attitude really made a difference! She went beyond what I would say is normal customer service to make me feel special.

I've logged more than 300,000 miles in the past year and this was the best service I've had - bar none. The best!

Please pass my sincere gratitude to Rubina and I will fly Jet Airways more often due to this experience!

I am traveling with my family along-with my mother who is a medical patient and required special attention, from Bagdogra to Chennai. The dedication, humility and courtesy shown by your staff is truly commendable. The staff was very helpful in helping us with the various procedures and technical processes which was required as my mother was to be taken on a medical stretcher. It is at times like these when someone offers a helping hand that we appreciate them, but the outstanding co-operation and service rendered to us by the above mentioned staff is invaluable.

On 18 April I travelled with my fiancé from Bangkok to Mumbai and then Mumbai to London Heathrow. My partner and I wish to inform you that although the flight was slightly delayed from Bangkok it was probably the most comfortable flight we had ever experienced. Especially from Mumbai to London on flight number 9W0118, the in-flight food was above average and the on-board entertainment was also above average but what made the flight so enjoyable were the cabin crew. In particular a young lady whose name badge read Lynn. This crew member went the extra mile! She was courteous and helpful and every time she caught her eye she had a beaming smile! Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff; it's a joy to see people working hard with such a great attitude.

I needed to verify my daughter, who is a diabetic, had boarded a flight for New Delhi. Since I am hearing impaired it can be difficult. Gaurav was very patient and informative with repeating the information for me. He relieved my stress and brought me up to date on her progress. I do appreciate Gaurav and your great service. My colleague and I were boarding flight from Mumbai to Bengaluru (9W342) and Ms. Lavita at the check in counter provided outstanding service. Although rush hour and lots of people in waiting, she was patient and courteous.
