Web check-in service at jetairways.com will reduce your waiting time at airport queues, whether you're travelling on business or for leisure, at just the click of a mouse!

 

Check-in online from the comfort of your home or office anytime within the specified time frame (scroll below for details) prior to your flight departure. Our web check-in facility uses new technology to provide an interactive online facility that will improve the airport experience, promote customer convenience and enable a hassle free check-in experience.
 

Web Check-in allows customers to select their preferred seat and print their boarding pass on jetairways.com.

Web Check-in is currently available on flights departing from / to the following stations:

For a seamless Web Check-in experience, kindly ensure the following:

  • Your booking record (PNR) has a maximum of seven passengers only.
  • You do not have an infant or a child as a part of your booking record (PNR).
  • The name entered for your check-in matches exactly in your booking record (PNR)
  • If your booking is made through a travel agent, Please ask your agent to provide you with the 'Jet Airways PNR' for seamless check-in.
  • Your check-in time window is within the following:

Premiere All 48 to 1 hour prior departure 48 to 2 hour prior departure
Economy JetPrivilege Platinum / Gold 48 to 1 hour prior departure 48 to 2 hour prior departure
All other Guests 24 to 1 hour prior departure 24 to 2 hour prior departure

 

 

Who can use Web Check-in facility?

  • Web check-in service can be availed by a guest with a PC, Ink or LaserJet printer and Internet connectivity.
  • For guests holding a confirmed, valid eTicket only.
  • For a group of up to a maximum of seven guests and a maximum of three segments per guest at a time.
  • Anytime* between 60 minutes and 48 hours prior to flight departure (please see table above for conditions).
  • For guests departing from an airport which is online with our check-in system.
  • For guests fulfilling the above check-in time window criteria.

 

Reporting time at the airport:

  • Domestic flights: 35 minutes to departure
  • International flights: 75 minutes to departure


Due to security requirements, Web Check-in guests will need to have their travel documents verified at the Airports. Guests travelling on domestic sectors will need to get their boarding pass stamped at the check-in area. Guests travelling on international sectors will need to get their boarding pass stamped/exchanged for a physical boarding pass at our check-in counters.

Guests with check-in baggage or who requires special assistance are requested to report at the counter earlier, to provide sufficient time for acceptance.


Who cannot use Web Check-in facility?

Web check-in is currently restricted and not available for: 

  • Infants and Children - If an infant or a child is a part of a group/PNR than the all the guests will have to check-in at the airport and cannot check-in on the web.
  • Guests with waitlisted or open bookings.
  • Guests with special service requests such as wheelchairs, extra seats, visual and hearing impairment, Unaccompanied Minors, Pet in Hold, Stretcher are not eligible for Web Check-in.
  • Staff travel, Interline travel, Code share flights, Industry discount, Upgrade vouchers and Agents discount tickets.

 

 

Important Notice for all Passengers


Guests are requested to note that enhanced security measures will be implemented at all airports due to which there may be congestion at security check counters. In order to avoid flight delays due to these additional security measures, it is requested that all guests (tele checked-in as well as those who have web checked-in) report early to the airport for the security checks.

 

Due to security requirements, passengers travelling on domestic sectors will need to get their boarding pass stamped from the check-in area at the airport.

Guests travelling on international sectors will need to get their boarding pass stamped/exchanged for a physical boarding pass at our check-in counters at the airport.

 

Our check-in counters will be closed well in advance and all checked-in guests are requested to move for pre-embarkation checks well in time.

At Mumbai Airport: JetPrivilege members can stamp their Web check-in boarding card at the Self Check-in Kiosk, Help Desk counter or with staff prior to security.
