Manage Booking is a suite of features which will allow you to conveniently edit and update information after making your booking.

JetCafé - Meals onboard

Now purchase your meals when you book your ticket(s) on select Jet Airways Konnect flight(s). Choose between a Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian meal to suit your preference. And just incase you missed booking that meal online, you could also purchase delicious treats and refreshments from our extensive menu onboard, subject to availability.

Meals can be purchased at the time of booking your ticket(s) anytime between 331 days and up to 8 hours prior to departure
Meals can also be purchased after booking your ticket(s), using the Manage Booking facility
For tickets booked through Travel Agents or at any Jet Airways Ticketing offices, guests would need to use the Manage Booking facility on jetairways.com to purchase their meal
Meals can be purchased for children but not for infants
At the end of your booking process you will receive a Meal Voucher Receipt via email as a confirmation of your purchase
Kindly present a printed copy of this receipt to the cabin crew onboard

PreReserve your Seat

Introducing ‘PreReserve Seat’ feature - exclusive to our JetPrivilege Platinum members.

‘PreReserve Seat’ provides the convenience of selecting your preferred seat at the time of reservation. This feature is available on jetairways.com and allows JetPrivilege Platinum members to reserve their preferred seat at the time of booking their flight without waiting until check-in.

Manage Booking facility is available for eTickets

That has a valid / unutilized travel itinerary
That has been ticketed

Up to 1 hour prior to departure for flights within India
Up to 3 hours prior to departure for international flights

If you have booked your ticket through a travel agent, please check for the airline Booking Reference (PNR) on your eTicket or with your travel agent.

*The Change Booking feature is available for bookings made for travel within India only. Reissuing of tickets online is not available for promotional bookings and for changes from a higher to lower fare(s).
