JetPrivilege members can earn and redeem JPMiles on qualifying Qantas or QantasLink flights.

Offer Details

JetPrivilege members will earn JPMiles on qualifying Qantas or QantasLink flights as follows:

Additional Information

JetPrivilege members can earn and redeem JPMiles only on qualifying Qantas flights.
Qualifying Qantas flights are those flights which are marketed and operated by Qantas or QantasLink and carrying the flight code 'QF'. Code-share flights of Qantas/ QantasLink with a third carrier however, will not qualify for earning or redemption of JPMiles.
JetPrivilege members will earn JPMiles based on their class of travel as stated in the table above.
Charter flights operated by Qantas/ QantasLink are not eligible to earn JPMiles.
JetPrivilege members have to quote their JetPrivilege number at the time of making reservation/ check-in in order to earn JPMiles.
Earning of JPMiles is restricted only to the above mentioned classes. Travel under any other class will not be eligible for mileage earning unless specifically mentioned.
For redemption of JPMiles, JetPrivilege members have to contact the JetPrivilege Service Centre in Mumbai, India. Members will need to send their requests at least 14 working days prior to their intended date of travel.
To claim retro credit of JPMiles for your travel, please provide your original boarding card and ticket jacket to the JetPrivilege Service Centre.
Guests will be responsible for arranging all travel-related documents such as Passport, VISA, etc., when redeeming JPMiles for an Award ticket on our international Airline Partners.
Guests will be responsible for paying all the taxes, surcharges and levies, as applicable, while redeeming on Airline Partners.
