• The cards are country specific, hence the scheme would be applicable only in the respective countries, else roaming charges would be extra

• All offers for postpaid services are applicable on airtime

• This offer cannot be used in combination with any other Clay offers & neither can be carried forward to the next trip

• Pulse rate is per minute basis.

• The delivery will only be organized once the following documents are submitted:

  • Self Attested Photocopy of the Passport – Photograph & Address Page
  • Self Attested Photocopy of the front & back side of the credit card from which we block INR 5000 per sim card
  • Rental Agreement Form duly filled and signed
  • JetPrivilege number to validate the offer

• Cities where Clay Telecom has its offices delivery will be organized as per the requirement and convenience of the customer; but minimum of 3 hours is required.

• Minimum 48 hours for delivery where Clay does not have its offices.

• Calls other than those made to Clay Toll Free

• Numbers/Directory Enquiries/ and other value added services to the country of travel are chargeable.

• These plans are not valid for use, while on cruise. Calls made while on cruise will cost extra.

• The incoming caller number will be passed on to the customer subject to availability from the caller’s service provider.

• GPRS is pre-activated on the Simcards and charges are applicable by the network

• Incase of loss or misplacement of SIM cards and / or mobile phones and / or other products provided by Clay, the Customer agrees to inform Clay immediately in writing. Clay shall deactivate the number in reasonable time. The Customer liable for any charges incurred on the said SIM cards until it is so deactivated. For any / loss / damaged products, the customer will compensate as per market rates determined by Clay

• SIM card/Handset/ both to be returned within 48 hours of the expected return date conveyed by the user on the Rental Agreement, otherwise a rent of INR 100 per day would be applicable. In case of change in return dates, you are requested to intimate by email.
