Arrival bags at Brussels for the last 4 days are shifted from tarmac to the Arrival hall next to belt number 8. Guests can come to Brussels airport at arrival level with their Boarding Pass and Bag Tags along with their passport to collect their bags.

Effective May 2, 2013 Jet Airways will levy a charge for advance reservation of seats in Economy class on all international routes operated by Boeing 737 aircraft and the front cabin on Mangalore - Dubai - Mangalore route for travel on / after May 6, 2013.

All Jet Airways flights from Ranchi will depart from the new Integrated Terminal building at Birsa Munda Airport. The new terminal is adjacent to the existing Domestic terminal. Guests are requested to proceed to the new terminal for arrivals or check-in / departures.
Effective March 19, 2013, guests arriving in Hong Kong will be issued landing slips at the Hong Kong Immigration office instead of stamping visa on the passport / travel documents. Guests need to produce the landing slips during departure, at the departure immigration office. Landing slips will not be issued and the passport / travel document will not be stamped on departure. The landing slip bears the guest's name, travel document number, arrival date and the condition and limit of the stay in Hong Kong. Guests are advised to keep the landing slip while in Hong Kong as it would be equivalent to a Hong Kong visa. Guests who have lost / misplaced the landing slip may approach the Extension Section (5/F Immigration Tower, 7 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong) to apply for a replacement landing slip free of charge. Note - Stamping of travel documents would be done in exceptional cases only.

Guests travelling on flights within India will now be permitted access into the airport premises upon producing a printout or soft copy of the eTicket on their smart phones, tablet PC's or laptops accompanied with a valid photo identification. The image of the eTicket produced at the entry point must be the same as provided by the issuing airline. SMS or partial flight information will not be considered as valid documentation for entry.
Please be advised that Jet Airways does not accept any baggage for check-in at Bangkok airport, that is under customs bond in the arrival hall. Guests are required to carry the baggage at the check-in counter for acceptance.

Passenger Service Charge (PSC) for passengers departing at Singapore Changi Airport has been revised to SGD 19.90 with effect from April 1, 2013. The new PSC will be applicable to all air tickets purchased from November 1, 2012 for travel on or after April 1, 2013. The Passenger Security Service Charge (PSSC) of SGD 8.00 remains unchanged. Including the Aviation Levy of SGD 6.10, collected by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), departing passengers will be charged a total of SGD 34.00.
In accordance with the EU safety & security directive, London, Heathrow airport security has implemented, increased security checks on cabin baggage for all flights. The new requirement is to search 1 in 5 cabin bags at terminal security and this change has been implemented from immediate effect. Please note, additional security officials have been placed across all terminals in order to decrease the impact of time taken for these security checks. However, long delays are expected due to these increased checks. Our check-in counters at Terminal 4, welcome guests to check-in 4 hours prior to departure. We advise all guests to report early to the airport in order to complete the additional terminal security checks as well as the check-in formalities. Guests will then require to proceed as usual towards the British Airport Authority (BAA) security checks with minimal / essential cabin baggage items, to ensure they are at the gate to board for an Ontime departure. Effective July 9, 2012, Jet Airways and JetKonnect will levy a flat fee of INR 5000 per container for carriage of pets on domestic journeys within India. This fee will not apply to service animal accompanying a disabled guest.
Effective July 24, 2012, Jet Airways and JetKonnect will permit pooling of baggage between two or more guests checking-in at the same time to the same destination, booked on same / separate PNRs.
Effective June 29, 2012, guests booked on 9W Marketed / Thalys operated railway service between Brussels and Paris Nord can collect their rail boarding pass from the Air Rail desk at Brussels Airport train station. This facility is available only in cases where the guest does not receive the boarding pass for the 9W marketed / Thalys operated service at the first check-in point.

Guests who are registered as OCI ( Overseas Citizen of India ), when travelling to India, must be in possession of the Blue OCI booklet and the passport with Lifelong OCI visa sticker in it. Both these items are mandatory for OCIs to be allowed entry into India as per the OCI rules of the Government of India. Guests who are not in possession of both items - Blue OCI booklet & Lifelong OCI visa passport, will not be accepted for travel to India.
Effective November 1, 2012, guests travelling on Jet Airways and JetKonnect flights will be charged a revised fee of INR 100 for requesting a reprint of their eTicket itinerary at the airport or city offices. This charge will be applicable to all guests (except JetPrivilege Platinum members and Première guests) only for reprint / duplicate copy of the existing booking. Any additional changes to the booking will be charged as per the fare rules applicable.
Effective June 1, 2012 Jet Airways would discontinue its limousine service for Première guests to / from Dubai airport. This service is discontinued for all tickets issued on or after May 7, 2012. In cases where guest has already issued the tickets and has also availed of the limousine service, the guest would be given a free transfer by car to / from Dubai airport.

Based on an alert from the US Security Department, all guests travelling onboard flights to the US will require to undergo a secondary security check. This safety measure will involve frisking of guests and checking of handbags at the boarding gate by Jet Airways Security personnel in addition to the routine security check performed by the local airport security. In compliance with the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security guidelines, the mentioned secondary security check procedure will also be applicable to guests on select flight(s) within India.

Effective 1st January, 2012, short term visas for travel to Sri Lanka will be granted online at www.eta.gov.lk, for a fee. Guests wishing to apply for short term visas should submit their details online at www.eta.gov.lk and pay the required fees by credit card. Once the application is approved, visa applicants will receive an Approval Notice, a printed copy of which should be carried when travelling. In addition to the Approval Notice, guests must also have a passport of validity of at least 6 months beyond the period of intended stay, confirmed return/onward tickets, travel documents valid for the next destination/return and sufficient funds for stay. The Airports Economic Regulatory Authority (AERA) in India granted permission to levy Development Fee (DF) for guests departing from Indira Gandhi International Airport (Delhi). This fee will be applicable for travel on and after December 1, 2011 and ticketing with immediate effect and to be collected on the ticket at the time of sale as below:

All Première guests traveling from Bangkok on all Jet Airways flights will be able to enjoy the new Fast-Track Immigration service at the Suvarnabhumi International airport at Bangkok. No need to wait in long immigration lines! This new privilege offers Première guests a special immigration channel which bypasses normal queuing.

For our Gulf destinations (except Saudi Arabia), there may be visas arranged by sponsors, which are available at the destination*. In the absence of the original visa, guests must hold a photocopy of the valid visa.
Guests going to Saudi Arabia must have a valid Saudi visa, which will be affixed on the passport. Please be reminded that this applies to guestss to Dammam via Bahrain. * This was previously referred to as "Visa on Arrival". However, this term will be used to cases where Immigration will issue a visa on arrival. The above information is subject to change without prior notice.
With immediate effect, all guests with or without valid Singapore visa transiting to any country, can join the Free Singapore Tour*.
A guest availing of the Free Singapore Tour will need to clear immigration and have his / her passport stamped. However, for those guests without a valid Singapore visa, his / her passport will be kept by the tour guide throughout the tour and returned to the guest after the tour.
*All transit guests are not guaranteed entry but are still subjected to Singapore's prevailing entry requirements.
In case of delay or cancellation of flights that are communicated well in advance, we request the guests to check the flight status before leaving for the airport.
Guests travelling with tickets not issued from the departure station on the below classes will be entitled for hotel accommodation, if available.
Business Class Fares booked and ticketed in C, J, Z and I class.
Economy Class Fares booked and ticketed in Y and M class.
Guests who are booked and ticketed on any other class, other than the above, will not be entitled to hotel accommodation and transportation in case of flight disruptions.
Guests travelling with tickets issued from the departure station, on the classes mentioned above only will be provided with transport to the place of residence or hotel by Jet Airways up to Rs. 1500/-. This will be paid in the form of an MCO (Miscellaneous Charge Order). Hotel Accommodation will not be provided.
In the event of a flight diversion, guests travelling on flights diverted to stations other than the station of departure, irrespective of fare charged, would be provided with hotel accommodation, if available.
Cancellation rules will be applicable as per the fare booked and ticketed classes.
If the guest misconnects his onward connection and the alternate which Jet Airways provides does not serve the purpose of his trip. The connection must be on the same Booking Reference (PNR) or proof of such connection must be made available.
For flights that are cancelled, the applicable cancellation charges will be waived off.
APIS information has been mandated on all international flights of Jet Airways.
Fast Track Immigration: We are happy to offer our First Class and Première guests, the special Fast Track clearance facility at both Arrival and Departure points, at Mumbai International Airport.
All you need to do is present your First Class or Première Boarding Cards and there will be two dedicated counters awaiting you, which will speed up your entire immigration process.
This information is regarding the security of our guests and their visa requirements
Security: Guests are requested to note that enhanced security measures will be implemented at all airports due to which there may be congestion at security check counters. In order to avoid flight delays due to these additional security measures, it is requested that all guests (tele checked-in as well as those who have web checked-in) report early to the airport for the security checks. Our check-in counters will be closed well in advance and all checked-in guests are requested to move for pre-embarkation checks well in time.
Visa requirements: We request all guests to contact their travel agents for any queries pertaining to Visa requirements.
A copy of the PAN Card duly attested by the passenger is mandatory when the sale of the air tickets for foreign travel exceeds Rs.25,000/- (per ticket) and the payment is made against CASH across the Jet Airways counters.
In the event that the guest does not have a PAN Card and the sale of the ticket exceeds Rs.25,000/- (per ticket), a signed Declaration Form 60 will be required from the guest. The Declaration Form 61 is only applicable to guests who have agricultural income. The photocopy of the document as proof of address required in Form 60 and 61 must be duly signed by the guest. Please note tickets will not be released by the Cashier without the above documentation
In the event of a flight being cancelled, the cancelled flight guests are provided hotel accommodation* provided their tickets are purchased from places other than the place of departure. Other guests are given transport charges to their residence.
* Not applicable for JetKonnect codeshare flights.
Passenger Service Voucher will be offered if the connecting time between the domestic and the international flight or vice–versa is more than 6 hours and within 24 hours.
No passenger service voucher will be provided incase the connecting flight is 24 hours after the guest's arrival at the connecting point.
Hotel accomodation for out international transit guests will be available only at the Jet Airways Gateway points in India i.e Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and Chennai.
Hotel accomodation will be available for Jet Airways guests travelling in First Class or Première.
This facility will be offered in the following classes -
Guests can avail of this facility only if they hold confirmed onward bookings before their arrival at the transit point.
Tickets issued within 72 hours prior to departure will not be eligible for this facility.
Reservations for hotel accomodation must be done on the same PNR.

It is advisable that all paper tickets are collected from Jet Airways Counters at least 24 hours prior departure.
The Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) has been introduced via Internet for citizens and eligible nationals of Visa Waiver Program (VWP) countries to apply for advance authorization to travel to the United States under the VWP.
It is mandatory for all guests visiting the US under the Visa Waiver Programme to apply in advance for travel authorisation, from the US Customs and Border Protection's Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA). The Electronic System for Travel Authorization works as below: Log onto the ESTA web site at https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov and complete an on-line application. Travelers are encouraged to apply early. The web-based system will prompt you to answer basic biographical and eligibility questions typically requested on a paper I-94W form. Please ensure that you submit an accurate data into the on-line application system at the time of seeking ESTA approval, please avoid typo errors as an invalid data would cause an invalid ESTA approval and may inhibit your travel. Applications may be submitted at any time prior to travel, however, Please ensure you apply for your ESTA at least 72 hours before travel. In most cases you will receive a response within seconds:
Authorization Approved: Travel authorized
Travel Not Authorized: Traveler must obtain a nonimmigrant visa at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate before traveling to the U.S
Authorization Pending: Traveler will need to check the ESTA Web site for updates within 72 hours to receive a final response.
Please note, as from September 8, 2010 a cost of USD 14 per application will be charged. The validity of the same will be 2 years at a maximum or incase the validity of the passport is lesser that 2 years then the validity will be as per the expiry of the passport.
