• Members must quote their JetPrivilege membership number and produce valid JetPrivilege Membership card for auto credit of JPMiles and in order to avail the special benefits.

• Members would earn JPMiles only for the room occupied by the Member , for his or her own use, limited to one room per stay [hereinafter referred to as "Services"].

• JetPrivilege Members will earn JPMiles on a per stay basis.

• Members must confirm with Citrus Hotels at the time of booking whether the rate being paid, qualifies a Member to earn JPMiles or not.

• Members will also be eligible for special benefits that may be offered by Citrus Hotels under this arrangement as communicated to the Members from time to time.

• Please allow 4 to 6 weeks from the date of transaction for credit of JPMiles into the membership account.

• Member will be allowed to claim JPMiles for up to 180 days from the date of transaction for Services availed at any of the properties of Citrus Hotels. Credit of JPMiles for such retrospective claims is subject to approval from Citrus Hotels. Please email details of retrospective stays along with a scanned copy of the Original invoice to jetprivilege@jetairways.com
