Distance to city from airport: 17km - 40 mins drive to city
Terminal: Changi Airport has 3 connected Terminal linked by SkyTrain for international arrivals and departures and 1 Budget Terminal for Budget Carrier(regular shuttle is provided) . NB: there are no domestic flights in SIN
Jet Airways Flights: MAA, BOM, DEL arrival and departure in Terminal 3
Departure Information: Ticketing counters: Not Available - JetAirways Ticketing only at City Office

Check-in counters: Check-in is located on the Departures Level (Level 2) at row 8 for MAA flight and row 9 for BOM & DEL flights. Check-in for International flights is 3 hours before departure. Check-in for Premier and Platinum/Gold JP card holder counters 2 & 3. Other guest counter 4 till 7.

Transfer Counter: Located infront gate B3-B5 in departure hall
Transfer between Terminals: All terminlas are linked and connected by Sky Train Please follow the signages or kindly get in touch with the Airport staff who will assist you or for any assistance Please contact the Information counter available at the Meeter’s and Greeters area for assistance.
Arrival Information: Baggage carousels are located in the Arrivals Hall immediately after immigration. Information monitors display flight carousel numbers. Baggage Services Office and Customs Department is located in the Arrivals area, between Carousel 44 & 45.
