Here, you can download the Student, Senior Citizen and Armed Forces concession forms. JetPrivilege members can also download their JetPrivilege Award request form.

You are required to fill the MEDIF form if you are travelling on our domestic or international flights and fulfill any one of the criteria listed in the MEDIF form. This form must be filled and sent to a Jet Airways doctor for approval.

Guests requiring a wheelchair due to old age or who cannot walk long distances due to rheumatic disorders can directly request for wheelchair assistance.
