Effective February 12, 2014, all Jet Airways international flights will operate from the new Terminal – 2 (T2) at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai.
Jet Airways flight 9W118 from Mumbai to London Heathrow will be the first flight to depart from the new Terminal – 2.
All guests traveling on international flights from Mumbai with scheduled departure time prior to 1259 hours will depart from the old Terminal building.
International flights scheduled to depart on or after 1300 hours, will depart from Level 4 at the new Terminal -2 (T2) and guests will be required to check-in at the new Terminal-2 (T2).
Guests travelling on Jet Airways international flights will need to alight at Gate 7.
First and Première Guests are requested to proceed to island ‘P’ and Economy guests to island ‘N’ for check-in.
JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold and Silver members can check-in at the dedicated counters N2 and N3 located at island 'N'.
Guest arriving on flights prior to 1259 hours will need to clear custom and immigrations at the old Terminal building.
Guest arriving on flights after 1300 hours will need to clear custom and immigrations at Level 2 of the new Terminal-2 (T2).
Guest travelling by chauffeur-driven cars or taxis can drive to the departure gates at Level 4 through the Sahar elevated access road. However, two-wheelers and three-wheelers are not permitted on the elevated road.
All two-wheelers, three-wheelers and city buses will access Terminal 2 using a dedicated lane through the existing Sahar road.
