I would like to commend Virender Singh and Divya Bhargava at the Jaipur Airport for the wonderful service we received on January 22, 2012.

Because of a communications mix-up the return sector booking from Jaipur to Mumbai (Flight 2054) for my husband, Garry Marshall, had been cancelled. We were unaware of this until we arrived at the airport to check in for the flight and were very distressed because it was essential that Garry reached Mumbai in time for an important meeting early this morning.

Both Virender and Divya were incredibly patient and did their utmost to sort out the problem and in the end, Garry was able to fly.

We have always considered Jet Airways to be an outstanding airline and this experience confirms our view.

As always Jet airways service's) has been marvelous and very pleasant. I flew on January 23rd, 2012 from BOM-LHR (Mumbai to London Heathrow-UK) on Jet Airways flight # 0120 that left Mumbai at 2:35am. I was flying with my parents as stand-by trying to get on the flight to London being an employee of United Airlines. My in-flight service to London was excellent. I personally wanted to thank the male flight attendance who was working in the economy cabin. He was being so helpful with me and my parents through out the whole flight. Every time I turned around he was helping someone and was available by giving out excellent customer service. His attitude was so positive and had a smile on his face through out the whole flight time.

Thank you once again for a really really really excellent service from the time of my check-in till' I landed in London.

What a wonderful way to celebrate Christmas and New Year.

I would like to thank you very much for upgrading me to business class. It was a wonderful experience being relaxed all the way to Mumbai from London Heathrow on Charismas eve. I rested well to celebrate the festive season with my family.

The service was brilliant; cabin crew Sonika was kind and caring. The meal was great. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Hi we recently travelled back to UK by Jet Airways ( Saturday 31/12/2011 9W 118 ), unfortunately my 9 year old daughter was taken ill shortly after take off, the service received by crew were excellent, they announced straight away for any doctors traveling when I spoke to them and kept asking how she was and communicated with doctors on her condition, when she got worse they announced for the doctor again, the crew organized wheel chair and a Paramedic was waiting for us as we got off the aircraft. The service received was best we have had, JET AIRWAYS IS THE BEST AND CARING AIRLINE COMPANY. Please pass this on to crew of the flight.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank the Manager at Bagdogra airport for exceptional services rendered. Mr. Neelam went above and beyond to help us. We had genuine problems due to the cancellation of the helicopter. He was patient, articulate and most importantly helpful. We are grateful.

I traveled by Jet Airways Delhi - Dubai- Delhi last week and found the service from Jet Airways good. This was my first international travel with Jet and I must admit I was pleased.

On my trip back from Dubai by flight 9w 547 on Jan 25, 2012, I had a couple of issues like delayed flight as well as during checking in. Ms. Saher Afsheen , Passenger Services Supervisor, came over and was so cordial and nice that I forgot all issues and really appreciated her efforts to help resolve the issues. Her handling of the situation is very highly commendable and I would appreciate if you could convey this to her and reward her for her excellent behavior and handling of the situation.
