To the flight attendant team on Flight (9W) 117 from London to Mumbai on 08 March 2013, I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional service they provided.

I was traveling with my father who is 92 years of age. He is blind, hard of hearing and has difficulty moving around independently, and the flight attendants were very helpful, courteous and understanding, assisting to make him comfortable throughout the flight.

My wife was also traveling with me, and when she felt unwell the flight attendants helped to get medical assistance from a doctor who was also a passenger on the flight. I’ve been traveling with Jet for several years, and have always been happy with the service. This time, I felt the attendants were outstanding and I had to write to tell you how much we appreciated their hospitality. Please pass on our heartfelt thanks to the team who assisted us on this flight.

I was on your flight 9W 227 from Brussels to Mumbai on 27th April 2013,traveling in Premiere Class. The cabin crew was exceptionally nice and friendly. They were really helpful and it was a pleasure traveling with such a good crew.

I departed from LHR on 26th March 2013 on Jet Airways flight 119 at 10:05 for Mumbai and then on to Bangkok. I checked on arrival in Bangkok that I would receive vegan meals on the return journeys, which were provided.

This is so much as to praise a Flight Attendant who was very concerned for me and took my details to ensure that I had the correct food on my return journey. Please let him know that I thank him very much.

Many thanks to him. He deserves praise from his seniors.

I shall travel Jet Airways again.

I would like to compliment Jet Airways for the excellent service I received on my recent trip (Dec. 2012-Jan. 2013) from Toronto to Thailand, via Brussels and Mumbai. Quite simply, the flight crew on each leg of my journey surpassed my expectations.

Their service was always prompt, courteous, and attentive. Clearly, Jet Airways has done an excellent job of screening and hiring the right people.

I’d like to make note of the flights I was on, so the respective crews can be recognized for the amazing energy and dedication they demonstrated to me and the other passengers:

• Dec. 17/12: Brussels-Mumbai, Flight 0227 (seat 29F)
• Dec. 18/12: Mumbai-Bangkok, Flight 0062 (seat 34C)
• Jan. 7/13: Bangkok-Mumbai, Flight 0067 (seat 33E)
• Jan. 8/13: Mumbai-Brussels, Flight 0228 (seat 22H)
• Jan. 8/13: Brussels-Toronto, Flight 0230 (seat 37G)

I’d also like to mention there was a particular male attendant, I don’t recall which of these flights he was on, but I do remember his friendly and professional attitude, and his impeccable attention to service. I wish I could remember the names of the others too, but I do remember their sincere smiles and energetic service.

Most landings that I’ve experienced with other airlines have been typically jarring and bumpy. But not with Jet Airways pilots! On one of my flights, piloted by a woman captain (I wish I could remember her name), I experienced the absolute best landing ever! I have never felt a plane touch the ground like that in all my travels (and I’ve travelled a lot). In fact, I did not feel the plane touch the ground at all. It was such an incredibly smooth landing! She is an amazing pilot and I wanted so much to tell her this.

Thank you to all the attendants and pilots for making my trip so pleasant and comfortable. Please, please make sure your incredible team receives praise for their extraordinary customer service!
