Cash N Miles - Purchase JPMiles, Cash Upgrade, JPMiles Upgrade:

Incase you do not have enough JPMiles for redemption, take advantage of our Cash N Miles Options - Purchase JPMiles, Cash Upgrade and/or JPMiles Upgrade.

1. Purchase JPMiles 
Top up JPMiles into your JetPrivilege account or another account as and when you may need to. JPMiles can be purchased under this facility at the rate of Rs 1.25 per JPMile. Each JPMiles transaction can be for no less than 500 JPMiles and in multiples of 100 thereafter. These JPMiles do not count towards tier status.

2. JPMiles Upgrade:
Redeem your JPMiles against any Jet Airways Economy ticket (across all revenue fare types except G class - Group travel) and upgrade to Première and First Class. This Upgrade is available only on flights marketed and operated by Jet Airways. Effective March 01, 2009, the JPMiles Upgrade facility will also be available on Jet Airways international sectors. This facility is not available on Airline Partners.

Please note, Upgrade is a one cabin upgrade only i.e. from a purchased Economy ticket to Premiere or from purchased Premiere ticket to First Class.

Departure Tax: Differential Airport Departure Tax GBP 40 will be applicable for upgraded travel in Premiere and First Class from London Heathrow against Upgrade Vouchers and JPMiles Upgrade.

3. Cash Upgrade:
Upgrade your Economy Award tickets to Première by purchasing a cash upgrade for a fixed amount. This upgrade is available at the rate of Rs. 2,000 per sector, for any flight between Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkatta, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram, and Rs.1,000 for any other sector in the country.

Cash Upgrade is available only on domestic Jet Airways flights within India. This facility is not available on Jet Airways flights to international destinations or flights on our Airline Partners.

Request for a cash upgrade to Première by informing us at the time of making your Award ticket request. If you have already been issued your Award ticket in Economy, simply take your ticket to any Jet Airways Reservations Office and have it endorsed to Première on payment of the requisite upgrade Award amount. Follow the same procedure when you wish to upgrade your e-Award ticket.

4. Transfer JPMiles

From 14 September 2009, you can transfer JPMiles to any JetPrivilege member, to enable them to redeem their JPMiles for an award ticket. 

You can transfer a minimum of 500 JPMiles and thereafter in multiples of 500 JPMiles at Rs. 200/- for per block of 500 JPMiles.
 
Special inaugural offer:
Transfer JPMiles at Rs. 150 for per block of 500 JPMiles for transactions completed on or before December 31, 2009. 

To avail of this facility,
- Download the Transfer JPMiles Form and fax it to the JetPrivilege Service Centre at +91 22 2920 4511 or email it to jetprivilege@jetairways.com.
- The form should be sent duly completed alongwith details of valid credit card number, expiry date and an authority to charge the credit card for transfer of JPMiles.
 

Please note:
- JetPrivilege Platinum and Gold members can avail of this facility 4 times in a calendar year.
- JetPrivilege Blue, Blue Plus and Silver members can transfer JPMiles 2 times per calendar year. Blue members not eligible for redemption can also transfer or receive JPMiles.
- A single Transfer JPMiles Form must be used to transfer to only one JetPrivilege account at a time.
- Transfer of JPMiles request can be processed only at the JetPrivilege Service Centre (and not available at Jet Airways ticketing counters).
- This facility can only be processed for a credit card transaction and not through cash.
- Transferred JPMiles information will reflect in the Giver and the Recepient's account within 48 hours of completing the transaction.
