Specify the number of PlusPoints that need to be converted into JPMiles. Please note that for Platinum Credit Cardholders, the minimum redemption is for 1000 PlusPoints and then in multiples of 500 thereof. For Gold Credit Cardholders, the minimum redemption is for 500 PlusPoints and then in multiples of 500 thereof.

Call the Axis Bank Customer Care Numbers to place your redemption request.
Shortly upon placing your Axis Bank Credit Card PlusPoints conversion request, equivalent JPMiles will reflect into your JetPrivilege membership account.
The PlusPoints Program is made available only to Axis Bank Card members holding valid Axis Bank Cards in India.
Cards mean valid Axis Bank Credit Cards with non-delinquent accounts and include multiple and supplementary / add-on cards.
Card members mean Axis Bank Credit Cardholders.
PlusPoints can be converted to JPMiles in a batch of 1000 PlusPoints for Platinum Credit Cards and 500 PlusPoints for the Gold Credit Cards.
Delinquent card means a card which is overdue, or over limit or in collection.
Programme means the Axis Bank PlusPoints Rewards Programme for Credit Cards.
PlusPoints are reward points awarded under the programme.
The programme enables a card member to earn PlusPoints on charges incurred on his / her card by purchase of goods and services on the card and any other charges as may be included by Axis Bank from time to time for the purpose of the programme. The points are redeemable against purchase of goods and services listed in the Axis Bank PlusPoints Catalogue, which is provided to the card member by Axis Bank and is available on www.axisbank.com/pluspoints.
The programme will remain open from the effective date till such time as may be determined by Axis Bank Credit Cards at their sole discretion.
Axis Bank reserves the sole right to exclude the products and services featured in the catalogue for redemption of the PlusPoints, in subsequent editions of the catalogue if any.
The PlusPoints are redeemable for purchase of specific goods and vouchers as may, from time to time, is intimated by Axis Bank.
On redemption, the PlusPoints so redeemed would be automatically deleted from the accumulated PlusPoints in the Axis Bank Card member's Account.
No accumulation or redemption of PlusPoints will be permissible if, on relevant date, the Card has been withdrawn or cancelled or is liable to be cancelled or if the account of the Axis Bank Card member is a delinquent account or if there is any breach of any clause of the Terms and Conditions applicable on the card. The PlusPoints will lapse on the date of closure / cancellation of the Axis Bank Credit Card.
Axis Bank reserves the right to substitute or withdraw any product or Gift voucher on account of non-availability of the product or Gift voucher.
Redemption orders cannot be cancelled or varied once they have been made. Redemptions can be executed only after the customer has accumulated 500 or more PlusPoints. The minimum balance of PlusPoints for redemption may be changed by Axis Bank without giving any notice.
Axis Bank's computation of PlusPoints shall be final, conclusive and binding on the Axis Bank Card member and will not be liable to be disputed or questioned, except in case of manifest error.
An Axis Bank Card member cannot transfer any PlusPoints to another person or combine the PlusPoints of his / her other Credit Cards except for Additional Cards issued and linked with the primary card.
All goods / Services under the PlusPoints Rewards Program are subject to availability of the goods and supplier restrictions, at the time of redemption.
All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of this PlusPoints Rewards Program or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts / tribunals in Mumbai.
