You now have the option of purchase your meal atleast eight (8) hours prior to scheduled departure time of your flight in select JetKonnect flights within India. This Meal Request Option is linked with your flight Ticket and therefore cannot be changed independently. Once You have chosen your meal preference (vegetarian or non- vegetarian or Sandwich & Soft Drink) and have placed your Meal Request, You cannot change the said preference later. You can book and purchase the meal only by logging on to our website www.jetairways.com. If You have booked your Tickets through a travel agent or our Ticketing Office or our City Ticketing Office or our contact centre or any other travel booking portal, and wish to book or purchase the meal in advance, You can use ‘Manage Booking’ feature on our website www.jetairways.com. For flights where there is no change in flight number (‘via flights’), You will be able to place your Meal Requests only for the Originating flight and Your meal will also be served only on the originating flight. For multi sector flights which involve a change in flight number, You will have to purchase separate meals for different sectors.
Cancellation and Refund of Meal Requests Before eight hours of scheduled flight departure: If You have placed your meal request and later decide to cancel your Ticket atleast eight hours prior to scheduled flight departure time, then the amount collected for meal request will be refunded back by way of reversal on your debit or credit card entry. Within eight hours of scheduled flight departure: If You have placed your meal request and later decide to cancel your Ticket less than eight hours prior to scheduled flight departure time, then the amount collected for meal request will not be refunded back to You. In case of NO-SHOW, amount collected for your meal request will not be refunded back to You. If the flight is cancelled by us, We will refund the amount paid for the meal request by way of reversal on your debit or credit card entry.
Rescheduling and Refund of Meal Requests Before eight hours of scheduled flight departure: If You have placed your meal request and later You reschedule your itinerary atleast eight hours prior to scheduled flight departure, your Meal Request will be carried forward automatically to your new itinerary at no extra cost . Within eight hours of scheduled flight departure : If You have placed your meal request and later You reschedule your itinerary less than eight hours prior to scheduled flight departure, your Meal Request will not be carried forward to your new itinerary and the amount collected for your meal will not be refunded. If the flight is rescheduled by us, your Meal Request will be carried forward at no extra cost.

While reasonable endeavors would be made to ensure that the meal served is fit for human consumption, we do not extend any express or implied guarantee as to the quality of food served. Under no circumstances would we be liable for any amount exceeding the consideration paid by you in relation to your meal request for any injury (including deficient service) suffered by you or any other person by virtue of having availed the services contemplated herein.
