Our web check-in facility uses new technology to provide an interactive online facility that will improve the airport experience, promote guest convenience and enable a hassle free check-in experience.

For a seamless Web Check-in experience, kindly ensure the following:

• Your booking record (PNR) has a maximum of seven passengers only.
• You do not have an infant or a child as a part of your booking record (PNR).
• The name entered for your check-in matches exactly in your booking record (PNR)
• If your booking is made through a travel agent, Please ask your agent to provide you with the 'Jet Airways PNR' for seamless check-in.
• Your check-in time window is within the following:

Reporting time at the airport:

• Flights within India: 45 minutes prior to departure
• International flights: 60 minutes prior to departure

* The Web Check-in Bonus JPMiles are not applicable for guests traveling in the G, E, R, D and X class.

All guest who have web checked in and are boarding a flight from Mumbai or Delhi must check the Flight Information Display for their boarding gate details prior to proceeding for boarding.

• Web check-in service can be availed by a guest with a computer, Ink or LaserJet printer and Internet connectivity
• Guests holding a confirmed, valid eTicket only
• For a group of up to a maximum of seven guests and a maximum of three segments per guest at a time
• Anytime between 60 minutes and 48 hours prior to flight departure (please see table above for conditions)
• Guests departing from an airport which is online with our check-in system
• Guests fulfilling the above check-in time window criteria

Web check-in is currently restricted and not available for:

• Infants and Children: If an infant or a child is a part of a group / PNR then all the guests will have to check-in at the airport and cannot check-in using the web check-in facility
• Guests with waitlisted or open bookings
• Guests with special service requests such as wheel chairs, extra seats, visual and hearing impairment, unaccompanied minors, pet in hold, stretcher
• Staff travel, Interline travel, Codeshare flights, Industry Discount tickets, upgrade vouchers and agents discount tickets

Guests are requested to note that enhanced security measures will be implemented at all airports due to which there may be congestion at security check counters. In order to avoid flight delays due to these additional security measures, it is requested that all guests (tele checked-in as well as those who have web checked-in) report early to the airport for the security checks.

Due to security requirements, Web Check-in guests will need to have their travel documents verified at the airports. Guests travelling on sectors within India will need to get their boarding pass stamped from the check-in area at the airport. Guests travelling on international sectors will need to get their boarding pass stamped / exchanged for a physical boarding pass at our check-in counters at the airport.

Our check-in counters will be closed well in advance and all checked-in guests are requested to move for pre-embarkation checks well in time.

Guests with check-in baggage or who requires special assistance are requested to report at the counter earlier, to provide sufficient time for acceptance.

At Mumbai airport, JetPrivilege members can stamp their Web check-in boarding card at the Self Check-in Kiosk, Help Desk counter or with staff prior to security.

• This facility is applicable for guests holding a confirmed valid eTicket.
• Web check-in is currently not available for children and infants.
• Web Check-in is applicable only for Guests booked on Jet Airways operated flights. Currently, Guests traveling on Interline carriers would be unable to use this facility.
• Guests carrying a printed Web boarding pass would need to exchange the same for a boarding pass issued at the airport check-in desk or the boarding gate. The boarding pass will be reissued only upon verification of the Guest’s travel documents.
• Guest holding a valid Web boarding pass must report to the boarding gate atleast 60 minutes prior to flight departure for verification of their travel documents.
• The Check-in process at the airport counters will commence 3 hours prior to flight departure
• Guests traveling with bags would need to have their baggage tagged and dropped off at the dedicated Bag Drop counter only if they are carrying a pre-printed boarding pass.
• Guests with special requirements like stretchers, unaccompanied minors, industry discounted tickets, travel on interline segments and code share flights will be required to check-in at the airport check-in counters only.
• Guests may need to present a valid photo identification to gain entry into the check-in area at some airports.
• Jet Airways reserves the right to offload any guest/s at the check-in counter or the boarding gate incase the guest is not carrying the valid travel documents.
• Despite holding a valid Web boarding pass, Jet Airways reserves the right to reseat guests in order to comply with safety regulations.
• Due to Secure Flight requirements, Guests will be permitted to Web Check-in upto 48 hours prior to flight departure. However printing of Web boarding pass/es will be permitted only upto 24 hours prior to flight departure. Incase Guests have Web checked-in 48 hours prior to flight departure, we request them to revisit our website upto 24 hours prior to flight departure to print their boarding pass/es.
