The amount received is against full/part payment for the certificate course, namely Jet Airways Training Academy in Aviation /Reservation/ticketing only.

Jet Airways Training Academy expressly notifies the Trainee that Jet Airways Training Academy is not a University Or a Deemed University or an Affiliate of University or an Educational Institution imparting Education or a Technical Institution imparting Technical Education and does not prepare the Trainee for appearing in any examination held by University or a Deemed University or an Affiliate of University or Aided Education Institution or Technical Institution and Jet Airways Training Academy does not confer any Degree or Diploma but only issues a Certificate of Completion of the Training Program to the Trainee, who successfully completes the Training Program, the decision in which regard of Jet Airways Training Academy shall be final and binding on the Trainee. Jet Airways Training Academy does not give any job guarantee.”

The course fee (part/full) once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

Incase the balance fee is not paid by the stipulated date or any of your post dated cheques is dishonored by the bank for any reason, whatsoever, you shall not be allowed to continue the course. Further, if you are not able to pay the balance fee within the notice period given by the Management, your admission to the course shall be cancelled and the fee already paid shall not be refundable and shall stand forfeited, without prejudice to other available remedies.
