Applicable to all passengers holding valid identification proof. Coupons are transferable until details are endorsed on the coupon. Once endorsed coupons are non-transferable.
Passenger must be advised to carry the photo Identification for domestic travel and Passport for International travel. The name reflected on the ticket must be the same as that on the Photo ID. Passenger Identification will be required throughout the journey
Return confirmed reservation is a must on all international bookings and must be endorsed on the coupons before commencement of International Journeys.
Children & Infant Discount -Not permitted
Penalties - Date change/Flight change permitted without any additional charges
Refund -No refund value for Partly utilized coupon booklets. Completely unutilized booklet is refundable at a charge of INR 1000 per booklet.
Extension Validity -The validity of the partly unutilized ONE FARE pass coupons can be extended beyond the expiry date up to 02 months at a charge of INR 1000 per flight coupon. Once extended, coupons can not be extended again.
Free Baggage Allowance -30 kg.
Excess Baggage Charges -INR 250 per kg for Domestic India sectors and the applicable excess baggage rate for International sectors.
Lost / Stolen Ticket policy -No refund or replacement ticket will be issued in case of lost / stolen ticket.
All fares specified herein are subject to seat availability in the applicable booking class.
