COD is applicable for tickets / fares purchased in Indian Rupees only.
To process your request for Cash on Delivery, a minimum lead time (prior to departure) as mentioned below, must be maintained.
Upon confirmation of the booking on jetairways.com, the payment service for the booking will be completed within 48 hours.

The contact number and email address provided at the time of booking should be valid to ensure timely service.
Guests using the Manage Booking facility on jetairways.com for reissue of their existing tickets will be unable to opt for Cash on Delivery as a form of payment.
Guests may use the Manage Booking facility on www.jetairways.com to check the status of their itinerary booked using the COD service.
Jet Airways Cash on Delivery service enables guests to conveniently pay for their booking by cash at their preferred location, specified at the time of booking. .
GharPay has been appointed as the authorized agency to collect payments from all guests who opt for the Cash on Delivery service on www.jetairways.com
By opting for Cash on Delivery as a mode of payment, the guest provides consent and authorizes GharPay to collect cash for the payment towards his/her booking done with Jet Airways (India) Ltd. on www.jetairways.com
By opting for Cash on Delivery, it is agreed and understood that the guest will receive confirmation of the booking (eticket itinerary) via email, only after receipt of the payment by GharPay.
The Guest agrees and understands that GharPay is neither an agent /affiliate/associate of Jet Airways (India) Ltd., and that Jet Airways is not in any manner liable for deficiency of service by GharPay.
In case of any cancellation of the booking/tickets, refund is subject to cancellation charges as mentioned in the fare rules and policies at the time of booking.
Guests may choose to cancel their booking by calling the Call Center, using the Manage Booking facility on www.jetairways.com or by writing to email@example.com before the payment process is completed and ticket is issued. Guests can reach the call center at Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Kolkata by dialing 3989 3333. For other cities within India, please prefix the city code of the nearest metro city and dial the above number.
Cancellation of booking/ticket must be done within the applicable time as defined in the fare rules and policies at the time of booking.
For transactions above INR 25,000 Guests will be required to provide a self attested copy of their PAN card to GharPay representatives at the time of payment.
In order to successfully process the transaction, the guest will have to make a valid payment with genuine Indian currency.
In case of cancellations by the guest after payment, Jet Airways will refund the amount to the guest only at Airport and City Ticketing offices subject to the cancellation charges provided in the fare rules and policies at the time of booking.
GharPay representative will provide the guest with a valid receipt from GharPay as an acknowledgement for the amount collected in lieu of the booking value. It is the responsibility of the guest to secure a receipt for the cash handed over to the GharPay representative. In the event of any failure to do so, Jet Airways shall not be responsible for the same.
Guest agrees to receive unlimited communication or messages with regards to his/her transaction from Jet Airways and GharPay. This clause shall survive till the time the tickets are delivered to the guest.
Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
