Terms and Conditions

• This Promotion is being offered to you on the basis of review of the activities undertaken by you between December 01, 2007 to November 30, 2009, with any of the Programme partners mentioned above
• This Promotion is specially designed for select JetPrivilege members like you
• The Promotion type and the number of Bonus JPMiles that you will earn is purely determined by emailer received by you in regards to the Promotion
• This Promotion is valid for all eligible/qualifying partner activities undertaken by you from January 01, 2010 to March 31, 2010 (inclusive of both days)
• During the Promotion period you must undertake the qualifying partner activity with the above partners. To be entitled to earn the Bonus JPMiles, you must fulfill the individual partner’s qualification criteria for ‘Eligible/Qualifying activities’. Only those partner activities that qualify for mileage earnings i.e. Base JPMiles, and where the JetPrivilege membership number is updated for the activity will be considered under this Promotion for earning Bonus JPMiles. For instance, all purchases at Ferns n Petals retail outlets will not be considered towards this Promotion
• Please check and confirm with the participating partner if the activity booked by you qualifies to earn Base JPMiles
• Incase you have made the reservations with a partner but where the actual activity date is not during the Promotion period, such an activity will not be considered towards this Promotion. For e.g. If you book a travel package with Jetair Tours on January 15, 2010 for a travel in the month of April 2010, such an activity will not considered for this Promotion
• Incase of availing the services of partners like Matrix if you subscribe to a longer duration plan during the Promotion period. e.g. 5 month plan on Matrix mobile / data connection subscribed on March 1, 2010 or March 25, 2010,  then you will earn Bonus JPMiles only to the extent of the Base JPMiles earned under this Plan for the billing period up to March 31, 2010.  Base JPMiles earned towards billing from April 1, 2010 will not be counted towards this Promotion. Similar Terms and Conditions will apply to Matrix data card subscription plans and other such similar partner plans
  Incase of Matrix, only those plans/connections (mobile/data card) subscribed/availed between January 1, 2010 and March 31, 2010 (both days inclusive) will be eligible for this Promotion
  Incase of Seventymm, fresh subscriptions and renewals undertaken between January 1, 2010 to March 31, 2010 (both days inclusive) will be eligible for this Promotion
• Please ensure validity and correctness of your JetPrivilege membership number recorded with the partner at the time of reservations/undertaking the partner activity, to be eligible to earn Base JPMiles for the activity undertaken and to earn Bonus JPMiles and additional JPMiles under this Promotion
• Under this Promotion, earning of Bonus JPMiles is in addition to the Base JPMiles earned through the qualifying partner activities
• Under this Promotion, Bonus JPMiles will only be awarded in the stated increments for the activity levels described in the emailers received by you
• This Promotion is applicable only in respect of the participating brands specified above and on fulfillment of the qualifying activity of such specified brands
• This Promotion excludes the following partner/activity categories : Jet Airways Citibank Cobrand Credit Card activities, Credit Card Points to JPMiles conversion activities, Hotel Points to JPMiles conversion activities,  flights (revenue and award travel) on Jet Airways, Jet Airways Konnect, JetLite, Jet Airways codeshare flights, Airline Partner accrual and redemption activities and any other programme partner category / activity not covered under the Eligible Categories for this Promotion
• All the offers from participating partners will be governed by individual partner terms and conditions mentioned on jetairways.com or on the partner’s website
• In case any of the participating partner is offering Bonus JPMiles, the ‘Double Bonus JPMiles’ under this Promotion will continue to be computed against the Base JPMiles earned with the partners. The Bonus JPMiles offered by the partners will be in addition to the JPMiles earned under this Promotion
• Incase there are two or more members using partner services and the payment is made by one member, the JPMiles (Base, Bonus JPMiles, Additional JPMiles) earned on completion of the criteria under this Promotion and any Bonus JPMiles offered by individual partners will be credited only to that member’s account who has made the payment for the activity
• The Bonus JPMiles will be credited to your JetPrivilege account by April 30, 2010 and will depend on the activity criteria defined above
• To be able to earn Bonus JPMiles under the Promotion as per the above table, it is necessary for you to report missing JPMiles credit before April 15, 2010 to enable JetPrivilege to consider and count the said activity for the Bonus JPMiles Promotion. Retroactive claims submitted after April 15, 2010 will not be considered for the Bonus JPMiles Promotion and such cases will only be eligible to earn Base JPMiles provided it involves a Qualifying Activity
• Retroactive claims will be considered for calculation under this Promotion only if the partner confirms the claims as those involving Eligible/Qualifying Activity
• Incase the partner activity undertaken is cancelled either by you or the partner for any reason whatsoever, JPMiles earned under this Promotion and any additional JPMiles offered by individual partners will be cancelled from your JetPrivilege account
• Jet Airways (India) Limited reserves the right to alter or modify any of the aforesaid terms and conditions, at any time, without prior notice including the change in the participating partners, and the description of qualifying activities and such modified terms would be binding on the member if he wants to avail the benefits under the Promotion
• Jet Airways (India) Limited reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Promotion at any time
• The decision of Jet Airways (India) Limited will be final and binding under this Promotion and will not entertain any disputes in regards to the Promotion
• JetPrivilege Programme and Participating Partners’ Terms and Conditions apply
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Mumbai, India
• Participation under this Promotion is purely voluntary for the selected members
