• Accumulate a minimum of 250 Reward Points to be eligible for your reward points’ redemption.

• Every time you redeem your reward points, it has to be in a minimum of 100 points.

• Call the 24-hour Citibank helpline to place your redemption request.

• Quote your JetPrivilege membership number which needs to be credited with the requisite JPMiles.

• Shortly upon placing your Citibank credit card reward points’ conversion request, appropriate JPMiles will reflect into your JetPrivilege membership account.
