JetPrivilege customers can earn Bonus JPMiles upon completion of health care planning session with Max Bupa.
Offer Period: The period of the offer commencing on November 29, 2011 to July 31, 2012.
“JetPrivilege member”: Individuals who are JetPrivilege members and are interested in meeting with a Max Bupa representative for a Financial Planning session.
JetPrivilege member must be a resident of India.
The offer is open only to JetPrivilege members all over India.
‘Max Bupa Bonus JPMiles offer’ is open only to JetPrivilege members enrolled and registered under JetPrivilege programme carried on by Jet airways.
Under this offer Bonus JPMiles will be credited to all members who meet and complete a Health Insurance Planning session with Max Bupa representative.
JetPrivilege Blue / Blue Plus / Silver / Gold and Platinum members will get a Bonus of 500 JPMiles.
To opt-in for the offer, JetPrivilege members simply need to click here and register by filling their contact details as required.
Post registration, Max Bupa representative would contact the JetPrivilege member and seek a favourable date and time for the appointment for Health Insurance Planning session.
JetPrivilege members must submit their ‘interest-to-meet an Max Bupa representative’ by filling all the necessary details (Name, Age, Mobile number, JetPrivilege number, city, Email id) online post clicking here.
Members can submit only a single entry for the offer.
Submission of member’s appointment details Max Bupa representative would call and seek an appointment with the member for scheduling the Health Insurance Planning session as and when convenient to the member and Max Bupa.
The Max Bupa representative would meet with the JetPrivilege member for the Financial Planning as scheduled.
Post successful completion of the Health Insurance Planning session, the JetPrivilege member is credited with appropriate JPMiles in accordance with the offer within 10 working days.
Max Bupa reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner deemed appropriate.
Max Bupa financial planning session is for general informational purposes only and JetPrivilege member is under no obligation to buy.
Max Bupa and Jet Airways reserve the right at anytime, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to modify, wholly or in part this offer or to withdraw it completely.
Max Bupa will not be liable for any loss, damage or cancellation of the offer caused by events beyond its reasonable control including war, natural calamities, floods, failure of telecommunication network etc.
JetPrivilege Members hereby grant their consent to comply with these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions and release, indemnify and hold harmless Max Bupa and their respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind arising against Max Bupa as a result of the Offer.
JetPrivilege members acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to the Offer shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Max Bupa and that such a decision by Max Bupa shall be final and binding.
Max Bupa is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Offer related materials; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, mail system, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access any web site associated with this Offer, or process any transaction thereon.
The Offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable mandatory national, state and local laws.
The terms & conditions are subject to Indian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Delhi.
