• Members need to present a valid JetPrivilege Platinum card at the time of check-in
• Members need to inform the hotel in advance about availing the airport transfer benefit, whether for pick-up or drop, alongwith flight details
• Members need to quote the promo code QJ622 at the time of booking to avail of the offer
• However, if the member quotes the promo code at the time of check-in (includes booking through travel agents or online portal), the upgrade will be subject to availability. However, the member will be able to enjoy Triple JPMiles and airport drop facility
• Room upgrade is guranteed except in a situation where the promo code is not quoted at the time of reservations. In such an instance if the member quotes the promo code at check-in, the upgrade will be subject to availability
• In case the Member has booked a single occupancy room and later changes his reservation to double occupancy, in such instances member will need to pay the differential amount within the booked category and Hyatt will upgrade to the next double occupancy room category
• In case the Member has booked the room on a double occupancy basis, Hyatt will offer complimentary upgrade to the next double occupancy room category
