Medical: Full time First Aid Instructor (Training Department)  

Location: Mumbai


Job Description

  • The incumbent will be required to conduct initial and recurrent training for cabin crew, first-aid audits and AED training.
  • Maintain and provide training records.
  • Design and develop Training modules, manuals & learning aids.
  • Updating course contents.
  • The job will involve travel within India.

Eligibility
  • MBBS degree holder.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • Should be computer literate.
  • Post Graduation in Aviation medicine and familiarity with aviation industry will be an added advantage.

Flight Operations: Line Captain - ATR 72-500 Type Rated

Interested candidate should be an Indian national possessing valid and current DGCA ATPL, FRTO, RTR (A).

Candidates should have a minimum of 3000 total flying hours, including 250 hours on Type as PIC, with a minimum 100 hours in the preceding 6 months.

Flight Operations: Line Captain – Non-Type Rated – ATR 72

Interested candidate should be an Indian national possessing current DGCA ATPL, FRTO, RTR (A).

He/She should have a minimum of 3000 total flying hours and 500 hours as PIC on multi-engine turboprop aircraft ; OR Total flying experience of 3000 hours and multi-engine endorsement on turboprop/jet aircraft

Multi crew experience is a must. For both the above positions, candidates should have an incident / accident free flying record and a class I medical. Age 25 years and above, height minimum 162.5 cms.


Suitable candidates will be offered regular employment on the rolls of the Company. Salary will be commensurate as per industry standards and further progression as per the company policy.

Medical: Full Time Medical Officer 

Location: Mumbai / Delhi


The following qualifications are necessary:
  • You should be an MBBS degree holder and registered with the Medical Council of India.

Job Profile
  • Conduct preflight breath analyser tests of all flying crew for all originating domestic / international flights.
  • Conduct post flight breath analyser tests of crew for all international flights thrice in a month.
  • Visit to overseas layover stations twice in a month for breath analyser test.
  • Preparation & Certification of DGCA mandated aircraft KITS.
  • Provide medical assistance to un-well staff / guest(s).
  • Clearance of MEDIF forms in respect of guests with history of recent illness or any medical needs during the flight.
  • Conduct pre-employment medical examinations on newly recruited staff.

Customer Service Assistant 

Location: Mumbai


The following qualifications are necessary:
  • Candidate should be a graduate, below 25 years of age and unmarried. A pleasing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential.

Job Profile

Flight Analyst 

Location: Mumbai


You will be responsible for critical flight management, key performance indicator (KPI) analysis and post flight reviews, recommendations and forecast generated by Airmax on regular basis. You will look after inventory allocation / discount class allocation based on guidelines, reduce spoilage & dilution on flights based as pre agreed targets and provide feedback or suggestion to Market Analyst for any pricing action or adding / reducing production in view of changed / anticipated demand.


  • Educational qualifications: Post Graduate (preferably in business, economics, statistics or related field)
  • You should possess good analytical skills and proven problem solving skills, have high standards of excellence and attention to details.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with database querying tools, such as Excel, Access, Oracle Discoverer.

Engineering & Maintenance: Technical Services Engineer

Job Profile
  • Responsible for on-wing and off-wing engine related issues.
  • Review of engine related invoices including PBH for payments.
  • Review and coordinate for Maintenance Service Agreement / shop handling Guide / SB / AD.
  • Communicate with maintenance provider for all redressal of job specific queries.
  • Associate with Planning/Materials/EQ for all off-wing maintenance.
  • Evaluate AD/SB/SL/other technical publications received from vendors/ OEMs pertaining to Engines.
  • Prepare /issue /follow-up of necessary procedure sheets / workorders.
  • Review AMOS on daily basis for the Defects / PIREP reported of the respective Engine
  • ATA chapters and Borescope reports.
  • Compile the Technical Instructions.
  • Close AMOS workorder after ensuring proper compliance of modification on Engine.
  • Any other work as assigned from time to time.

Engineering & Maintenance: Planning Engineer

Job Profile
  • Prepare Aircraft Maintenance Program and Inspection Schedules including its related work documents for the aircraft operated by the Company
  • Prepare and periodically revise the Materials and Tools / Equipment requirement for accomplishment of the tasks in each Routine Check Package (Line and base checks). Inform Logistics for initial provisioning and any new changes.
  • To define the checks in the check control module of AMOS system including time control tasks.
  • Compile the work package for C checks using Routine Task Cards and Work Orders (AD , SB and other open Workorders falling due for the check).
  • Compile the Routine Task Cards and Work Orders for the Check package, including technical publications required for reference.
  • To provide last done next due for redelivery check and provide work scope in advance after verifying the contractual obligations.
  • To define the requirement of hard time and LLP in AMOS system. Also define tree for major components such as Engine, APU, Propeller and Landing gear.
  • Monitor and plan all hard time component removal on company fleet of aircraft based on the component due status as defined in AMOS.
  • Liaise with the Material Planning for availability of the required spares, including special tooling and equipment for component replacement.
  • Liaise with Modification Planning and Material Planning for availability of modified component and plan component replacement for modification.
  • Track all component (on wing) related open work orders in the system and follow-up for their closure in a planned way.
  • Prepare Component status- (H.T. and LLP) (Through AMOS / Records) and submit to Engg Quality for renewal/issue of ARC, C of A for all fleet including newly inducted aircraft.
  • Revise the Life limit list as per new MPD revision with the coordination packaging group and define/ update the requirement in AMOS if required, and cross verify the requirement defined in AMOS with the approved Life limit list.
  • Perform related duties assigned from time to time.
