From today, whether you're flying First Class, Première or Economy, whether you're a frequent flyer or a first-time flyer, you can choose your seat and print your boarding pass at home or office. All you require is a valid Jet Airways eTicket, access to the Internet and a printer. Simply log on to jetairways.com, choose your seat, print your boarding pass and walk straight from home or office to security check (if you're traveling with just hand baggage).

How do I check-in on the web?
Web check-in on jetairways.com is a simple 4-step process:

Step 1

  • Log on to jetairways.com and select the “Web Check-in” option on the home page.
  • Enter your first name (or initial), Last name (EXACTLY as in the PNR), Departure city, and your Sabre Record locator / PNR (Jet Airways booking reference) to find your reservation.
  • Click on Check-in.


Step 2

  • Now the next screen displays the guest name(s) and itinerary.
  • Verify the itinerary select the desired guest and the sector and continue.
  • Add the JetPrivilege number incase it was not added at the time of reservation or ticketing and click on continue button.


Step 3

  • Now the seat map is displayed with all available seats (pre-assigned or pre-blocked seats will not be offered).
  • Select the preferred seat and continue.


Step 4

  • On successful check-in the boarding pass is displayed on the screen. Two copies of the boarding pass are displayed on a single A4 sheet of paper.
  • Print the boarding pass on a normal A4 paper and walk in straight with your carry-on baggage for security check-in and boarding. Please note that a valid photo identity is mandatory.
  • Bring the printed boarding passe(s) as they are to the airport.
  • In case you were unable to print your boarding pass at this stage, the same can be re-printed by retrieving your reservation using the Web Check-in option and navigating to the ‘Re-print boarding pass’ option.
  • Two sets of boarding passes are printed on a single A4 paper to enable stamping during security check. The airline copy on top of the printer page has to be handed over to the airline staff at the time of boarding the flight.
  • At the time of boarding, the staff will tear off one copy of the boarding pass and retain it as a stub and hand over the other copy back you.


You are now ready to fly!

Note:

  • Boarding gates close 15 minutes before flight departure. Please ensure you arrive for security checks and boarding well in advance of your flight departure.
  • Sabre Record locator / PNR (Jet Airways booking reference) is the six letter code provided at the time of reservation. It should be entered in a format such as ABCDEF.
  • Please read the notes printed on your boarding pass carefully.





 

Who can use the Web Check-in facility?

  • Web check-in service can be availed by a guest with a PC, Ink or LaserJet printer and Internet connectivity.
  • For guests holding a confirmed, valid eTicket only.
  • For a group of up to a maximum of seven guests and a maximum of three segments per guest at a time.
  • Anytime* between 60 minutes and 48 hours prior to flight departure (please see table below for conditions).
  • For guests departing from an airport which is online with our check-in system.
  • For guests fulfilling the following criteria.

Web Check-in is available for guests holding a confirmed eTicket as follows:

Première / First Class:

Who cannot use Web Check-in?
Web check-in is currently restricted and not available for:

  • Infants and Children - If an infant or a child is a part of a group/PNR than the all the guests will have to check-in at the airport and cannot check-in on the web.
  • Guests with waitlisted or open bookings.
  • Guests with special service requests such as wheelchairs, extra seats, visual and hearing impairment, Unaccompanied Minors, Pet in Hold, Stretcher are not eligible for Web Check-in.
  • Staff travel, Interline travel, Industry discount, Upgrade vouchers and Agents discount tickets.
