You can redeem your SMiles into JPMiles by following a few simple steps:
Specify the number of SMiles that need to be converted into JPMiles.
Please call the RBS service centre to place your redemption request.
Please quote your RBS Smart Traveller Credit Card number and JetPrivilege membership account which the equivalent JPMiles are to be credited.
Shortly upon placing your redemption request; equivalent JPMiles will reflect into your JetPrivilege membership account.
In case you do not have a JetPrivilege membership account, simply log on to jetairways.com to create a JetPrivilege account.
The conversion offer is available to RBS Smart Traveller Gold Credit Cards issued in UAE.
Customers must have valid JetPrivilege membership account and a valid Smart Traveller Gold Credit Card to be able to avail of this redemption offer.
Smart Traveller Gold Credit Cardholders can redeem a maximum of 50,000 SMiles in a calendar month.
SMiles are reward points awarded under the Smart Traveller Credit Card programme.
The programme will remain open from the effective date till such time as may be determined by RBS at their sole discretion.
RBS reserves the sole right to exclude the products and services featured in the catalogue for redemption of the SMiles, in subsequent editions of the catalogue if any.
Redemption orders cannot be cancelled or varied once they have been made.
Card holders must have a minimum of 10,000 SMiles balance before they can exchange for JPMiles.
RBS’s computation of SMiles shall be final, conclusive and binding on the Smart Traveller Credit Card member and will not be liable to be disputed or questioned, except in case of manifest error.
