Since its inception in 1977, Kenya Airways has grown and today serves over three million passengers annually and now flies to 49 destinations, including 39 cities across Africa as well as Amsterdam, Paris and London and select destinations in Asia including Dubai, Mumbai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Bangkok.
Effective from July 22, 2010 JetPrivilege members flying on qualifying Kenya Airways flights will earn JPMiles based on their class of travel as follows:
JetPrivilege members can also redeem their JPMiles on qualifying flights anywhere across the Kenya Airways network.
JetPrivilege members can earn and redeem JPMiles only on qualifying Kenya Airways flights.
Eligible Kenya Airways (KQ) flights mean all published regular scheduled flights which are:
operated and marketed by Kenya Airways Airlines;
marketed by 9W but operated by Kenya Airways Airlines under a Codeshare Agreement;
marketed by KQ but operated by Jet Airways under a Codeshare Agreement.
JetPrivilege members will earn JPMiles based on their class of travel as stated in the table above.
Earning JPMiles is restricted only to the above mentioned classes. Travel under any other class will not be eligible for mileage earning unless specifically mentioned.
For redemption of JPMiles, JetPrivilege members have to contact the JetPrivilege Service Centre in Mumbai, India. Members will need to send their requests at least 14 working days prior to their intended date of travel.
To claim retro credit of JPMiles for your travel on Kenya Airways, please provide your original boarding card and ticket jacket to the JetPrivilege Service Centre.
Guests will be responsible for arranging all travel-related documents such as Passport, VISA, etc., when redeeming JPMiles for an award ticket on our international Airline Partners.
Guests will be responsible for paying all the taxes, surcharges and levies, as applicable, while redeeming on Airline Partners.
