I am writing this mail to you in capacity of a passenger who took your airline services recently while coming from Jaipur to Mumbai on 18th Nov’09 by flight No 9w 2052 at 8.10am along with my wife Shipra Singh Acharya.

I am delighted to let you know of the exemplary service & support provided by one of your ground staff member Mr.Sanjeev Mathur, Duty Manager at Jaipur on that day. In-spite of heavy fog in Delhi & subsequent diversions / delays of many Jet airways flights, I saw him actively managing the ground operations / coordination required very well & keeping all passengers at ease. We had incidentally left one of baggage’s in my father's car who had come to drop us & there was not much time left in on boarding. The baggage had some very important documents required immediately at Mumbai but we had already checked in & taken our boarding passes. I didn't know what to do & was totally distressed. I called up my dad who had left the airport by then & asked him to come back. This is when I got timely help & support from Mr. Sanjeev Mathur, who not only allowed me to go outside with a junior staff member but got my baggage screened & included along with the same flight as an exception.

Presence of such committed & dedicated resources has always kept renewed faith among passenger flying with Jet Airways by keeping high service & delivery standards.



 Dr Naresh Gite says -

I would like to thank for help extended to me at Delhi airport. I missed flight due to 5 min late on date 30 Nov 2009 for the sector Delhi to Aurangabad.

Some lady from counter no 1 (F) at the time of check-in tried for my boarding pass but she couldn’t succeed and diverted me to ticket counter. It was normal response. When I came to Ticket Booking Counter INDU was helping me in cancellation & re booking of my revenue / award ticket for 3 hours.

I want you to know you have an exceptional employee, INDU, in your Ticket Counter. Her calm, patient manner was a great help to me when my tension was at an all-time high. Her remarkable problem-solving abilities are rare indeed.

If the quality of a company’s employees is an indication of future success, then JET AIRWAYS has a very bright future.




 Upasna Bajaj says -

Last night I returned to London on a separate ticket I bought for travel at the 'back of the bus' -  I wanted to send my compliments to Jet Airways for making the travel experience just as wonderful in the back as it is right in the front! This is due to various reasons as below:

The cabin attendants are equally wonderful to all passengers, irrespective of the class of travel. I haven't seen this in any other airline. They are very warm and client-service oriented.

Secondly, the meals - I think Jet Airways is the only one that doesn't scringe on the quality and quantity of food - again, something I have noticed other airlines fail at. The meals continue to be delicious and plentiful even in these times when others are cutting back.

And lastly, the washrooms - again, just as clean and well-supplied in the back as in the front!

This is to thank Mr Rahul Mukherjee, for extending his and Jet Courtesy to my wife who was a passenger on one of your flights from Kolkata to Mumbai dated 5th November 09. Mr Mukherjee has ensured that my wife who is 4 months pregnant got escorted right through and reached the destination safe and sound.

I would like to thank him and expect the same from Jet in future as well.



 Mr Varughese says -

My wife Ms Laly Varghese and my daughter Sinee Elizabeth travelled from KWI-BOM-Bangalore in business class. They had the most world class experience on Jet. We had asked for wheelchair assistance. Not only were they prompt with the wheelchair they also treated my daughter like a princess. They were the first one to board and alight. They never had to bother about their luggage till they reached their destination where there baggage was on trolley and a person waiting for him. Due to this experience my wife who has never travelled alone before has the confidence to travel as long as she is flying Jet. We are truly touched.



 Mr Vivek Shah says -

My flight from Orlando to Newark got delayed by approximate 4 hours and I hardly had less than one hour to catch my connecting Jet Airways flight to Mumbai. So I literally ran from continental airline terminal C to terminal B without collecting my check in bag and thought I will seek the help of Jet Airways to collect the same. It was a fantastic response I got from Jet  staff Mr Sunder Vaidyanathan and Ms Patel at the check in counter. They issued me a boarding pass and sent another staff to terminal C to collect my bag from continental belt. She did it without any hesitation and at last I got on the flight well in advance. This is marvellous.



 Ms Radhika says -

A senior Citizen almost 83 yrs of age travelled alone on flight no 9W 591 on November 11, 2009 from Bahrain to Mumbai. She was on wheelchair. We were disappointed that Jet Airways did not inform about the delay in departure. However due to excellent efforts of Mr Ashwin Noronha, the duty manager our grand mother was given utmost care and every attempt was made to ensure that she was comfortable. He offered his lounge facility and took us through immigration himself.



 Mr Daryl Dsouza says -

I forgot my cell phone on the counter and the same was rushed to me at security check and all this while I wasn’t even aware that I had misplaced the phone.

Was pleasantly surprised to get my phone back from Ms Tarundeep Kaur ground staff. I would personally thank her and all involved who helped me get my phone back.



 Mr Sanjay says -

I being Emirates flyer always, decided to fly Jet Airways for the first time on the insistence of a friend on flight 9W 227 of December 13, 09 from Mumbai to Newark. To my surprise I am not at all disappointed. I have had an excellent journey to and fro. The staff was really polite warm and caring. Took really good care of all my needs and preferences.  I can very much say that many of my fellow passengers on the flight would agree to that.



 Mr Suresh Chengode says -

I travelled 9w 533 on December 16, 2009 from Muscat to Cochin. Convenient and easy online information and booking. Prompt and cordial response from the enquiry desk. Cheerful and helpful attitude of the staff at check in is very much appreciated. Jet Airways customer service personnel at the check in counter is generously helpful regarding prompt customer queries and foresighted with customer needs. Luggage handling at check in was creditable paying special attention to the  baggage. Over all excellent. Keep it up.

I am so pleased with the service in the flight S2 235 of December 14, 2009 from Delhi to Bangalore. It was a wonderful experience and brought a smile on my face. In service industry at this time if you (Jetlite) have done this I think it is a great job done. Inflight service has been so nice to me during the journey that I completely forgot have gloomed that I had to leave my kid behind for the first time due to professional reason. The inflight staff were nice and friendly who made my experience so good.



 Ms Swathi Menon says -

I am a regular traveller on Jet Airways. On today’s Mumbai Delhi flight, I saw an inflight attendant who had a smile on his face even when doing the demo for the passengers. It truly showed the enthusiasm and passion for his job. Also would like to comment about the Captain who kept posting the passengers about where we had reached throughout the journey.
