We at Jet Airways realize that delays and disruptions of flights can cause inconvenience to our passengers and thus, to combat the untoward disruptions Jet Airways has systemized tracking of flight information.
Should your flight be delayed for more than 15 minutes, JetMobile will send you instant flight delay information via SMS*. The SMS will be sent as early as possible around-the-clock. Please make sure you provide your mobile number while making your booking.

Flight status:
To check for arrival/departure information or to know if your flight is delayed or on-Time, simply send a SMS to 6388 in the format as given below:
SMS: Jet <Flight No> to 6388. For e.g. JET 301 to 6388.
Reply: Jet Mobile: 9W 301 BOM 0700AM DEL 0855AM Arrived.
In the event of a delayed flight:
Reply: Jet Mobile: 9W 301 BOM 0700AM DEL 0855AM Delayed.
Set Flight Alerts:
You could also subscribe for flight status information from your mobile and each time there is an update on your flight, you will receive the information via SMS
To set alerts for same day of travel
SMS JetALERT <Flight Number > to 6388 (For e.g. JETALERT 301 to 6388)
Reply: Your alert has been registered for flight no 9W301. Date:05/06/2006.
To Set Flight Alert for a particular date of travel:
