You can download the Student, Senior Citizen and Armed Forces concession forms. JetPrivilege members can also download their JetPrivilege Award request form.

You are required to fill the MEDIF form if you are attending a physician and traveling on our international flight. This form is also required if you are travelling on a domestic flight to connecting on to our International flight.

This form must be filled and sent to a Jet Airways doctor for approval. Passengers requiring a wheelchair due to old age or who cannot walk long distances due to rheumatic disorders can directly request for wheelchair assistance.

The MEDA form which is being used for wholly domestic travel will continue to be used.
