Additional Remarks:
• You have to be a Jet Privilege member to earn JPMiles and avail of the preferred rates.

• SIM card service and delivery card charges waiver is applicable only to JP members based in India. For JP members based outside India applicable charges will be levied.

• Delivery guidelines -

For JP members residing in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore and Ahemdabad, SIM cards will be delievered within 24 hours of placing the order.

For JP members residing in any other Indian city, SIM cards will be delivered within 48 - 72 hours of placing the order.

For JP members based outside India delivery charges and time may vary. Please check with Matrix before availing of the services.

• Additional benefits like free call back to India, free talk time and other such benefits are available only in select countries. Please check with Matrix about the availability of the additional benefits for your location.

• Savings upto 50% may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.

• At the time of subscribing to Matrix you may need to produce valid copies of your JP membership card, front and reverse of your Credit Card and other valid documents to ensure mileage credit to your JP Account.
