2. Every time you redeem your reward points in a minimum of 100 points.

3. Call the 24 hour Citibank helpline to place your redemption request.

4. Quote your JetPrivilege membership number which needs to be credited with the requisite JPMiles.

5. Shortly upon placing your Citibank credit card reward points conversion request, equivalent JPMiles will reflect into your JetPrivilege membership account.
